Lovely house! Btw, it’s INformal, not unformal. I’d personally have the dining area the other end and have the informal lounge area looking over the garden, but we all live differently!

Love your kitchen but I would swap your dining room and informal living around as you have media ports where you’re planning on putting your dining table and its a bit bigger and just works better with the layout of your kitchen as well as while you’re cooking you can be talking to you guests at the dinner table

That’s how the floor plans were but we just like how the back bit has more space, we already have a large living room so really feel it is wasted having 2 when we can have a lovely dining space with sideboards and equal feature art each side. It will probably be something we change around in the future x

That might be a good space to put extra cabinets. Maybe even one that has open areas for stuff like a coffee maker or microwave. Or even have a space to put a tv to watch sports while you’re eating.

Good Luck with your new home. For some reason the room you have chosen for the lounge i'd be inclined to use that as the dinning room it looks as though it flows that way. I'll be interested to see what you do. May you live a long and happy time there.🤗

Your kitchen is fantastic. The paneling on the fridge/dishwasher is usually found in expensive custom homes in the US. Looks like y’all got a few options for window treatments.

It would restrict the space inside the garage too much if you know what I mean, since they are at the end and the room is long we can line stuff along both walls :) Also permission is only for the front so thats the big one really but would look so nice x

out of curiosity what work tops do you have? we are looking at buying a taylor wimpy home and want sile stone worktops but on the estate we are looking at we don't like any of the samples of silestone. do you know the name of it?

Hey nice kitchen, did you ever get a larger fridge/freezer for the garage? And do you have space anyway for a tumble dryer? Or did you opt for a washer dryer in your utility? Thanks,

Yes we have a large fridge freezer in the garage there is just no room in that one and there is only 2 of us in the house can’t imagine with a family! Yes in the utility there is only pace for one appliance so we have a washer dryer but again you can get a tumble dryer for the garage as there is loads of room if you wanted them separate
