I LOVE this new house already, the rooms, the big windows, the green all around everything feels so 'right' for you two. This new chapter feels so exciting!! About the podcast, I like the idea of keeping it in this channel, it feels more natural. For me, each type of content feels like part of a whole; like vlogs are something like hangout time, shots are fun, like checking in what you guys and the podcast feels like sitting down for a log conversation, and all of it together makes the channel. Idk if this makes sense but that the vibe I get!

It's so cool that I've started watching Jess and Gabe since I was like 13 and now I am 20. I have seen them grow from being a long-distance couple to having a baby. From moving to an apartment in LA to finally getting to own a house. It's just very heartwarming and I couldn't find any words to say but all I know is I'm so proud of being able to witness your journey as we all live our separate lives but still get to share it together somehow. And I thank you for sharing your stories as it has also inspired me to keep going at times that I thought I couldn't find a way out from the darkness I was at in some point in my life. I'm truly grateful for yall's existence

I personally prefer the podcast being on the main channel! It feels like an extension of Jess and Gabriel and it's just really nice to get to know you guys better. I'm already subscribed to all 3 of your channels (this one, jess, gabe) so I feel like adding another one could feel like a bit overwhelming (?) and I'd be nervous to miss an upload (I'd still eventually watch everything though ☺). Hope this makes sense! :)

Blackout roller shades are a great investment for your movie room. We did roller shades throughout our entire home and love them. No dusting them like with normal blinds and you can choose what kind of fabric and color you use and the transparency of them. The blackout ones would be perfect for that room though.

I actually like that the podcast is on the main channel. Personally it's hard for me to keep up with all the separate channels of the creators I follow and sometimes can even feel like it's overwhelming. I also think that starting a whole new channel for the podcast, may not reach people as readily as it would the main channel seeing as it would be starting at "zero", not literally obviously, but I feel that not everybody will be as RU-vid or tech savvy as others. Anyways, that was my two cents if it matters lol. I would support you guys anywhere, on whatever you decide for your new endeavours.
I want the podcasts to be posted in the same channel cuz I watch all videos anyway and idk, there’s just a charm about having just one channel. Even youtube-wise, I think it would be better to start here first, and once they start getting popular (more views), you can make a new channel, I don’t really mind it.

When I started watching yous I was 18, single living with parents. now I’m 25 recently married and bought my first dream home for me and my future family. So this video is so relatable since We’re around the same age too. I’ve also moved so many times since being in a relationship. It’s very important decision to make. I understand
We moved from Washington state to Tennessee and immediately bought without visiting 😅 we sold our first home and bought another in Tennessee so we can have more land. I'll never regret it. I love it here in TN so much!
We did 7 houses in 7 years too haha, we landed in TN last year and we have that "please lets not move for a long time" feeling. Love the renovation content!

My husband and I moved 7 times in our first 7 years of marriage as well, always renting. Then we stayed somewhere for 2 year. and then rent went absurd so we moved again and lived there for another 2 yrs somewhere else cuz we were tired of moving. and then we moved states (TN as well lol). Now we're doing the same, renting for a year and then finding a place. So i see nothing wrong :D. We're on yr 9 of marriage :D
