It will be smooth and will pull away from your pot and spatula 2 piping bags and a star tip Use 2 layers of piping bag because the dough is thick 5 inch strips on nonstick pan tray Cut ends with sciccors - Vegetable oil for frying Heat oil to 350F Use thermometer to check the temp Drop churros Each churro will fry for 5 minutes Turn the churros half way The color will be gold when done. Dry one towel for a few seconds Cinnamon Sugar: - 1/2 cup sugar (100g) - 1 teaspoon cinnamon Role each in tray or tubwear of sugar. Chocolate Dipping Sauce: - 3 oz bittersweet chocolate (85g) in bowl - 1/2 cup heavy cream (120g) Dont let it boil Add cream in bowl and mix until sauce like. Then serve
