So many nemories for me watching your video. I grew up on a farm and we had an egg business. Gathered, cased, many eggs in my growing up years. We had 3,000 layer hens. Dipping their beaks in water brought back memories. I have enjoyed reliving some of those times. I had a wonderful childhood.

I had no idea about the chicken farm! Wow. What's the brand name? Slowing down a little? Lol. That consists of redecorating the boys' room, tearing down the workout porch to build the office, and all the other projects you're always accomplishing, any one of which would be a major accomplishment for me! Lol. You do the work of 10 people!! I don't want you to ever move. You're in an ideal area, and your house and land are perfect for what you need. And that view!! Can you buy some more land around you? Don't take on too much. The main thing I like about your videos is the feeling of that peace comes thru, via your voice, the music, and the unstressed activities. I'd love to see more about the chickens, their barns, where they roam, how you do the eggs, etc. And I don't, and never will, own chickens. Also your garden, the boys, Levi, all aspects of y'all's lives.
I love your home. I follow many you tube channels but yours is my no. 1 favorite next is White Cottage Company. I really like the way u present your videos. Unlike the other channels I follow, almost 80% of it is talking in front of the camera. And the way u did yr Q&A is excellent, 'coz it's not boring unlike the others that the whole video is just talking and only their faces are being shown on camera (so boring). You can eat the beet greens! When the tiny beets accidentally get pulled their greens can be put in salads. The bigger greens are great sautéed or boiled etc. yummy!
I remember during one of your videos sometime back you mentioned receiving negative comments about how you dress. I believe "pretty does is pretty is". Also I think you could wear whatever and you would still be beautiful. You are a blessing to your family. I also admire how well you take care of the chickens. They are living being with feeling and can suffer and I appreciate not seeing them in a hole in the wall on barren ground. Do you happen to feed the chickens the scraps from the garden? I have also watched compassionate chicken owners grow "fodder" for their chickens. Thank you for your thoughtful content.

Hannah, this was a lovely vlog. You both have a lot to do. Congrats on the success with the egg farm and your RU-vid. You both have come a long way since I first started to watch. I also come from a big family. We used to joke that the first one up in the morning was the best dressed and best fed. We honestly were brought up with good values and Christian beliefs which helped ground us and prepare us for responsibility and adulthood. Hello love your videos. We are always doing home project. My husband is a contractor and I work in daycare only in the morning home by 12:30 in afternoon. We are older we have no kids. We just painted the baseboards it’s always something . But we love our home.

If ever you want to reuse the beet leaves - you can create a great green powder by dehydrating them - I know you're probably going to be giving most to the chickens, but they are edible!
