My guess for the Baja Blast pie is cream cheese, whipped cream, condensed milk, and the concentrate for the soda. Mixed and put on a graham cracker pie crust. Looks similar to a kool-aid pie.

I would say have a mini Motel based of the the Stanely in Estes Park Colorado. Which is the hotel the Overlook Hotel is based off of.
