Like your series. First bike I flat tracked was a mk1 bandito. Canadian bikes had 21 inch fr whl and fork tube mounted handlebars. Worked at a Bultaco shop. Rode owned raced many Bultacos
The engine displacements of that era usually revolved around FIM/ISDT classes of the period, the ISDT for instance had a "350" class hence the 347 where as the 360 type was probably for the 500 class with a 352cc actual displacement.
Actually, I have been working on a 1955 Royal Enfield Indian Trailblazer 700 for quite a while. It was a total restoration, but I haven't run it yet. I don't have any singles at the moment. I hope to finish it soon. Thank you.
@@bullpencycles Looking forward to the restoration video and ride. Also, just a small suggestion, whenever possible please have a segment where you fire up the engine and record the exhaust note. Most bike lovers like me really look forward to that.
Arhhh. There was a bultaco motocross racer in northern spain. Late 60s. He would tune all day and drive the metralla on the back wheel for a few kilometers. On a farm dirt road. Musica. His grand son still lives there and continues the story. Grand son has everything from Bimota through h1 and 2 , CBX, but the metralla still does its wheelie once a month.
Model and engine sizes are confusing ,el, mark 1 ,mark2 bandito. No offense thats why I like hondas I can keep those straight. You know alott about these bikes and Im learning ,slowly but Im learning.Lol
Well, yeah, absolutely no offense, but do you remember when Honda models were sold not by model year? Like the early cubs and stuff? I fully understand but that's how imports were done in the 60s. Try dating by year a Honda 50cc C100/CA100 cub from the 60s
