Couple of things without trying to spoil too much. You can steal more than just items from warehouses if you look around. Not everyone of them has a super value thing, but I've found things that make the basic cocoa powder from general stores become valuable. And don't worry about your rep tanking too much. It appears your rep goes over level 4 and gives you a bit of a buffer. So if you lose a few hundred, your sales won't take a hit and your dealers will recover it anyway. Speaking of general stores, it is worth investing into some of the western map side ones so they carry more. You'll want to stock up on A LOT of chocolate bars. It might sound crazy, but being a bit ahead of where the series is at, I really wish I knew to do it because I hated sitting around waiting on restocks.

If Marco is imprisoned, where could he possibly be.. Eh..? I will spoil this tho: if you get the cocaine lab before talking to Marco, that particular quest will fail i can tell from experience. --edit-- NVM, you found out already.--edit-- What i am wondering is, could you use the seedling box with the Sativa, Poppy and Coca items?

For the Labeled Medicine Vials you need to ask the pharmacist in Paraíso Peninsular... as for the morphine recipe i have no clue, i already got the recipe from the meth dealer in the jungle and the quest remain active for me

You went to the prison. So when you find out Marco went to prison, and broke in to find him. Marco will tell you where this lab is. And the actual reason is that some of the money is to pay for marco release
