She is doing great 💞 The number #1 thing to do is allow a baby sitter to visit multiple times engage in activities with you and during your daily routine so that they will get the hang of things. Then the children will begin to trust her and give her a chance it is going to take a minute when children are not use to someone watching them she did great, when children have separate anxiety that is hard. I worked in education & health care for over 26 years I know it can difficult but that young queen got this.

Mannn kids don’t just wanna watch tv all the time.. gotta take them outside, go to their play room, chase them outside. Damn interact with the cuties.. This is the last time I’m commenting on this video. One thing I’m not going to allow is people creating false narratives. I take psychology very serious. 23:38 in video is a prime example how people can make things seem like what it’s really not. She only closed the door to stop the kids from running out then they rushed in on her making her very uncomfortable. Earlier in video she didn’t snatch the items from the kids she just in the movement process. She also didn’t not throw the juices at the kids. She was just playing trying to gain the kids trust. I really don’t mind if people don’t agree with me because I been doing this a long time. I study media effects. They are trying to convince y’all that she was doing something wrong. I can’t defend the lying part even though she was in a uncomfortable situation.

Number 1 I am a big lex and jack fan however jack was being negative from the beginning of the video! I do not like how everyone is trying to make this girl seem like a bad person it was her first day on the job and of course she is human anyone is going to be nervous especially if someone has a camera in your face while you are trying to work and get a feel for who the kids are! Yes she did lie about throwing the juice but watching the footage I don’t believe she did it to hurt them and anyone who has experience with kids know they are very impatient when it comes to something they want so yes he is going to cry if he feels like she isn’t moving fast enough especially if he sees his brother with a juice ! I don’t like how lex cursed at her I understand that she may be upset but I feel like at the end of the day she should still be professional especially because she is her boss and that was very inappropriate. The kids wasn’t harmed at all and no kid is going to automatically just accept a stranger then she has to keep them occupied when there is barely anything to work with in their room so what is she supposed to do because create a game or watch tv I just feel like everyone is judging her so harsh and if there is something she is doing wrong there are better ways to correct her than to curse or yell she is still a person and deserves respect!

As a 2 year old childcare teacher I really think she did a good job interacting with them. Asking them open ended questions pointing out colors to them asking them to repeat this is all things we do with their age group in actual Preschool. But the end that was a little confusing cause girl what😭😭

As a babysitter I would make sure I got notes down of what to do and what not to give the kids, I would love to babysit your kids one day, they are so adorable!! You are both great parents. ☺️☺️☺️

She just started and every move she’s made so far they’ve criticized her so far. It’s so negative the way they’re acting towards her, children put out the energy in the room and the parents is absolutely disgusting towards this young lady. I’d suggest daycare outside of the home where they can checkin on video feed because if it’s in there home they’re never going to have any success with them around. Of course he’s going to cry she’s a complete stranger being introduced to your child for the first time. I would hope he would be timid of strangers, you know stranger danger ⚠️.. but this young lady definitely had her hands full from the beginning to the end. But overall she did a wonderful job, she interacted with them, taught them medial lessons for their ages, there’s nothing to complain about. There’s simply no pleasing the parents, so they can watch them their selves or contract outside services.

As a babysitter I would be writing everything down naturally. It’s never a good look if someone has to tell you to take notes,especially when you are dealing with more than one child.

Get the “My Baby Can Read” series. They will be reading and writing in no time. They need blocks, puzzles, cars, trains. They need things to go. And get plenty of books!! They need stuff to DO! they need music games! And y’all better get someone that ain’t gone make you wanna F*** them up.

Apparently this is too sudden for the kids to grasp, just throw in a sitter on day one. If anything she should receive a trial period to hang with the kids so they can get a little comfortable. Meanwhile, Jack is being the “entitled parent” we all know how they are. Lex doing the best she could trying to explain things while Jack being immature and miserably annoying. Poor sitter, pray for her. Lex should have written out a schedule of what to do/not to do foods, medications, naps etc. It’s not the sitter to “write this down”……smh!

I’m a mother of two and if the kids was to start preschool they normally have the parents attend meet and greets or social activities before school start so the children get feel of things and comfortable before the children actually start school and stay without the parents and maybe before she start watching them alone she could of met you guys at the park or came over for a play date so they wasn’t just left with what they would think is a “stranger” that makes everyone comfortable and the child care provider also can watch and try to mimic how the parents are

Kids isn't easy to deal with ,they need attention . since I was the oldest I had to help my mom by watching my brothers and when I tried everything in the book and it didn't work I'll call her for help. for example when my youngest brothers we're their age I'll play with them around the house and all kids don't want to watch TV .sometimes they have a fit cause they hungry or their sleepy and plus kids know if your a good person its like they can feel their energy.another thing kids like to get into stuff ,you have to keep an eye on them .or you and the kids can color or draw ,but with that you have to make sure they don't write on the walls.kids also like music too.

I say give her another chance . It’s her first time they eventually will get comfortable with her. Just let her know what not to do with your kids hopefully she will understand. Also you have to remember it’s 2 twins it’s not like 1 kid she probably just have to know how to keep them occupied
