W's all the way! Former tennis player here! The teamwork and communication between the two 12-year-old boys was fantastic and it shows in the end result of the match. Their strokes and their footwork was wonderful. They knew what they were doing and they played a solid game. If they keep on playing and practicing like this, they will be very hard to beat as they get older, bigger and stronger! Cheers!
I'm a 63 yr old newbie who has been playing 3 months, and I played a 19 yr old 4.5 in a singles game. I was whelmed, but not overwhelmed. He knew where nearly every shot was going to land, and his control was exemplary. I took him to deuce 3 times before he finally got the "W". During the post game debriefing (we had just met prior to playing) I mentioned wanting lessons. He encouraged me to just keep playing people better than me. Enjoy your videos and know what he feels like to be defeated by youth!
@@juice1837 He took it easy on me until I got to deuce, and then he brought his "A" game, and I was still able to score on him twice. He just got his two points in a row for the "W". I played semi-pro baseball in the 80's, and tennis was my best sport. I was ping-pong champion in college my junior and senior year, while on a baseball scholarship. Pickleball was easy for me to pick up, and excel at, up to this point. I'm difficult to beat, playing in my own age group (60+)
Was he a 4.5 in singles, or just doubles? There are plenty of pear shaped lumps approaching 5.0 doubles but still under 3.0 singles. It's a different sport really.
Love content like this, another great Friday video this week. Those 12 year olds were not playing around they wanted that W!! When you guys are done with the 4.0 practicing/training you guys should rematch.
"That is called the tibia. You'll learn about it in 8th grade" 🤣 This game had the quickest back and forths I've seen so far! The 12-year-old's are good. They're getting those W's!!!
It's wild that your editor, Ryder, is not just one of the top spikeball players in the world, but also the top ranked 12 year old pickleball player. Dude is a walking W. All kidding aside, those guys were hilarious and the perfect kind of competitive while showing both gamesmanship and sportsmanship. Awesome examples!
Loved the roasts and jovial energy MJ and Ryder brought to this video- it is contagious! I was laughing out loud by the end when Isaac said “just get it in” and then the ball landed out… great video. Definitely sending this to my family! I’m thankful the boys got the win- W’s !!!
Love this this channel so much, so wholesome. Embarrassed how many videos I've watched without subscribing. Well that's changes today, Ws for everyone!!
Jake and Isaac might not be getting W's in matches, but they're definitely getting W's by making us smile video after video! Keep it up guys, love the content. (Even though I'm personally a tennis player).
I look forward to watching these videos all week. Hoping for W’s in the upcoming tourney! I hope you guys continue the extra training video each week so you can beat Scott
WWWWWWW's I love y'all's channel I'm new to pickleball been playing about a month and seeing y'all two make some silly shots every now and then makes me feel better about my game haha keep up the good content fellas!!
Both kids are very solid, but the taller kid seems to really have a grasp on the light side of the game. Some of his resets and dink shot selections are surprising👍🏻
I've been watching so many pickleball videos as I just started looking into the sport. These videos are a HUGE W. Entertaining and able to learn stuff at the same time. I don't even own a pickleball paddle yet and it would be amazing to try!
You need to challenge 2.5 players and then "W's" will start coming your way. 😜 As always a fun video and looks like fun was had by all. Keep them coming guys. 🏓
Hey only W's and wubs in this chat! Honestly even though it was a close game stilled crushed it guys. The kids seemed like they were trying much harder than you guys were 😂
W’s!!! What in the world. I love watching the younger group Crushing it. Play some rec fun with some talented players and they always have me in stitches on the court.
A really nice WWWW for the kids. I really thought you may end up winning for the first half of the video and think you should have got them more into the slow net play. They appear to have a slow/net game as well but do play the more modern power play style in general. May want to remember those names as you may see them on the PPA in not so many years. Great game, props to all players and thanks for sharing.
