Having been exposed to a lot of Star Wars Vintage figures recently it got me thinking how many of the original Kenner figures of the 1970s and 80s have been released in the Star Wars Black Series 6-inch line. There was only one fun way to find out?

Great video, and I loved the editing. I guess I never realized how many more need to be made! But I’m also surprised on how little figures need to be made for the Original Star Wars/ A New Hope.

Great idea very nice done. 👏👏👏 Unfortunately I can feel it now calling to me to fill all the gaps with custom figures 🤦‍♂️😳

I am in a very similar boat. I am sat here with an unfinished Yak Face custom kit and have also seen some great 3d printed kits for EV-9D9, 8D8 and the Gonk Droid which I think are doable with my limited skill set

@@MephitsuArchives ooh nice. I tried 8D8 on my Bambu but really needs a resin print. Where’s Yak face from? Shared your post in a couple of FB groups btw- hope you don’t mind. Think lots of people would love to see it

@@CraftyPadawan-gh2ou Thats fine thank you, all extra coverage is appreciated. Yak Face is a kit from Scottacus Customs - it fits onto the ANH Han Solo figure, but is a bit more work than I anticipated and I am struggling to get the paint right.

They have done a ROTJ Force spirit Anakin Skywalker but of course it is the Hayden Christenson one

There was supposed be Hasbro black series rancor, it didn't make passed the backings & ended up unreleased. If you wan rancor monster, or those missing characters out the 98 unfilled gaps. The 3.75 inch is way go. 3.75 inch has them all. Has the vehicles, the creatures & monsters, the cantina attendance, the different people in the background of the sceneries. Has them all. Black series has the characters; yeah. They're missing the important part of the characters, THE Vehicles. Snowspeeder was made, a first order tie fighter from the sequel trilogy made not an imperial one for odd choice. Speeder bikes. Thats about it. Not counting the tauntauns. Or the dewback. What is x wing Luke Skywalker going do? He has nothing fly in. Same with darth vader; not really in term. Darth Vader has his lightsaber just go around fighting ben, rebels, Luke with it. Han solo hoth is lucky, hoth Luke is lucky they have tauntauns ride, regular han solo; he has nothing pilot. Theres no giant millennium falcon pilot for the black series its not possible.too much money & effort time & patience go into making black series falcon & x wing fighter is risky chance nobody will take. The 3.75 inch scale is good enough for me.
