We took a ground-up approach to sizing and developed a unique, custom process to analyze hundreds of bike images to output size-specific heat maps.
In combination with countless hours of user testing, it led us to produce 9 sizes of frame bags all with 3D tapered geometry to minimize knee rub and maximize pack volume.
