You need to add an extra bearing on the inside of the wheel, plus whatever spacesrs are necessary to keep things tight. That should keep the bearing from popping out.

Get some of those pop cans from the smoke shop that are meant to store your smoke in! They are filled with a super hard plastic, very skatable. You can unscrew the can, drill the hole for the trucks and then when you put it on the trucks you can put the cap back on and it will look like you are skating still closed soda cans

Try aggressive inline wheels, they're about that thing on average, but they are setup to take two bearings and a spacer like skateboard wheels.

Put a bearing on both sides of the wheel (like usual) and have spacers to make up for any extra room so it won't wheel bite on the trucks and the other bearing won't pop out it'll just be a smooth ride🤘

With spacers, some truck axles can move sideways inside the truck body when you do grinds or truck stalls on ledges. For the wheel that the axle pulls toward / becomes tighter, the bearings will become side loaded and damaged if without spacers.

🔥Idea: Cut a skate board in half. Remove trucks and mount roller skate wheels 2x2. Optional: Mount a piece on the top so your feet can fit in too it. Increase balance and reduce injury 😂

yo, like Ricky said if the bearings pop out, those thick spacers between the bearings in some wheels all the way to the bolt with the wheel on in a way where it pushes against the ridge, - 2 wheels and they shouldn't move around and float on the axles nearly as much. sounds like a crazy light setup with some hollow trucks and even more space to grind.

Could there be a way to make 3 wheels 1 truck? Like 1.5 on each side with wide trucks?

Cutting a bearing slot in backside of each wheel so you can use 2 bearings would fix all the issues. My buddies and I done this years ago when we skated. Also need axle shims to take up some the wheel slack. Great video tho guys!

you might as well do what I always did at that point and just put rollerblade wheels on the trucks. They always rolled way better cus they were thinner and that also brought up the added bonus of it being harder for a small rock to get stuck under your wheel and make the whole board stop and throw you off.

Just need to use a forstner bit on the smooth side to be able to put a bearing in but leave some urethane in between the bearings. Then it would be even better!

You gotta do this again but after you cut the wheel in half put it back together but reverse the halves. Basically have the 2 halves of the same wheel where the former outside is now touching and has become the inside. I hope that makes sense lol.

you have to put spacers in there to keep them outside. Or inside. or just have tiny, thing wheels with bearings sticking out. You can just grind some normal wheels down very thin on top. Give them a crown.

when i was a kid i put inline rollerblade wheels on my board, they fit just fine, same bearings and everything, about this size. reminded me of that, you should try it, it works way better than this
