Dear Sarah and Kurt I have been watching all your vlogs. 😊 I ran across the one where you were talking about Dr. Bucknam and Baby Wise. He was actually my pediatrician. I gave birth to my twins nine weeks early. I raised them using the baby wise method. They ate every four hours after they came home from the hospital. I was able to work out and plan my entire day. They ate at 6 AM, 10 AM 2 p.m. 6 PM, 10 PM and so on and so forth. They did not cry or get fussy. They napped until they were four years old. Both were very happy and well adjusted toddlers. Dr.Bucknam was an amazing pediatrician. Both babies ended up having pyloric stenosis. he was able to get me a surgeon out of net work to perform the surgeries endoscopically. Feeding babies on a schedule is not unusual and I’m happy that I was able to do that with twins. It allowed me to have a life. Wishing you lots of love ❤ from California. ❤ Ps my daughter also turned blue on me. Stay strong 💪🏼 ❤❤ Love your vlogs. 💕

Skincare advice for Kurt/ anyone dealing with prematurely aged skin: commit to wearing moisturizer and sunscreen everyday (I prefer mineral sunscreen). Most of his aging is most likely premature aging caused by damage done to the skin from extrinsic environmental factors (ie: sun, which actually accounts for 90% of aging) along side that, incorporating regular facial massage can manipulate lymphatic fluid, boost circulation and blood flow (and in turn enhance the body’s ability to synthesize collagen and heal) massage also relieves any small surface wrinkles that might be caused by tension!
