If you guys do a tournament with your best characters, you guys should play each other's mains. So for example Cogger would play DK Wario and K.Rool (Little Z's best characters), and Peter would play Lucina Ness and Game and Watch (Poppt's best characters), etc. That way we can see who's actually good at the game and who's just carried by their mains

We need a reverse tournament where everyone plays their worst characters (again), but the loser moves on instead. Eventually getting to Grand Finals where the worst character in the Underdogs is crowned. It'll work cause everyone will want to win so they can avoid the title of "Worst Underdog Character". And thus, a new meme shall be born. My money's on an all shoto bottom 4

Maybe you could do a tournament that is explicitly NON-Smash memes? e.g. Inkling as Super Blooper, Dr Mario as Therapist Cogger, Yellow Kirby/Yoshi as A Lemon, Samus as The Sniper, Shirtless Sephiroth as...Hopcat for no particular reason, etc.

Here’s a doubles twist: You can’t tell who your teammate is. I guess, you either play with black and white colors only or cover the percents. And here’s a worse one: No Team Attack

Simple video idea: Doubles with a twist... and the twist is that the switch's scale of grey filter is on + team attack so you won't know who your teammate is (you can activate the color filter in the switch's settings). Sounds like a fun thing to try

@@shinespikesmash On Battlefield and Battlefield variants, at least, it's pretty random; the two side plats are always on opposite teams, and whoever's on top plat and whoever's on the ground are on opposite teams, but these two known pairs of opponents don't know who their teammate is with any amount of reliability. It'll devolve into two simultaneous 1v1s, but I love the idea of one of these 1v1s finishing early, and the remaining player trying to figure out who to hit; or, more amusingly, Zack only figuring out who his teammate is by share-stocking off them.

Yeah, so stock share would probably be banned and they could just close their eyes or smth at the beginning of the match. Also they would know who the teammates are while choosing characters and I don’t think it’s comfy to have a fifth person just to press the random team button so I’ll stick with the “eyes closed” idea

Next tournament: one stock, 5v5 squad strike. Gets fun because of the strategy involved in both picking your team and your lineup. Might get a little long, but you could always turn it into a two part or just make a test video.

Video idea: Do a tournament with 2 playing and 2 people on commentary. Each person on commentary is assigned to one player. The commentators will choose their best characters for the players to play. the commentators must coach the person that they were assigned to mid match or before match.

Imagine a 'tournament' where they can pick the characters but you and your opponent swap whose character is their's every match. E.g. if LittleZ chose Wario and Poppt1 chose Lucina and they were going to vs LittleZ would then own the Lucina and vice versa.
