One thing I notice the most from these shows is the difference between the USA & across the pond is how much vandalizing the USA is to abandoned places.
WOW - you couldn't get upstairs, but I bet it would be VERY easy to end up in the basement, at that place - just by standing in one spot long enough......!!! :) Another great explore, Adam.
Dave, love. Don't be doing any major dangerous stuff! It would suck to not see you anymore if something happened. Stay safe! Love you loads! And past ready to see Marky again! Love you Mark.
I'm so glad you all didn't try going up the stairs even if it was a bit of a let down, but I believe your right had you gone up those stairs you'd have probably broken several or worse. OMG! I love the ending and I remember watching all those videos, I miss Mark tell him we need him back. Take care.
Great explore Dave! One of my dream destinations Ireland. Glad you were cautious in that place. Wood rot is taking over the entire place meaning it could all cave in. Loved the old bottles...I have a weakness for old bottles too. Hate to seem them end up destroyed when the place caves in. The best of Dave & Marky at the end was really awesome. Send blessings to Marky. I hope all is well in his live. Thanks again Dave. Always love your explores.
David this was so great! Old & derelict, but so lovely. Imagine those rooms with pretty carpet and beautiful old turn of the century furniture, the child’s slide was a nice touch😊 So disappointed that you couldn’t get upstairs. Usually there’s a servant’s staircase, which I’m very thankful you didn’t find! After all this time, every time you show us how sketchy the floor or ladder is & tell it’s too dangerous to try, moments later - up you go. You’re enthusiasm is so contagious. I know you’ll have Our Mark with you again someday, I can still see the picture of you 2 as young lads. We’ll done and thank goodness you didn’t find a way downstairs either. You have no fear, just a lot of curiosity, thank you for taking us along. As always, stay safe❤
Hey Dave, what a beautiful house, this was back in day. If this is only 17 years abandoned, it must have started to decay while the people lived there. Great explore though, I am so happy you decided not to continue to look for a way upstairs. Thanks for sharing this one. Love from N.Y.
The thing I love about you exploring European homes is the legacies of generations having lived there. That is rare for American and Canadian abandoned homes.
I hope Markey is okay, I miss him so much, you two are the team you bounce off each other with your banter and your friendship really shows. Please send him my best wishes I'm on Facebook if he needs someone to talk to and listen to I'm going through similar stuff myself. Dave you put yourself in some dangerous places please be careful I was cringing the whole way through thinking you were going through the floor and when you stood on the staircase it just showed how dangerous abandoned places can be. I love the Irish lady who was telling you off , what's her name? I love her accent well I should say the Irish accent. I loved the rooms with the two fireplaces, if I could save anything it would be the fireplaces, the massive mirror above it and the aga, what a shame it was once someone's beautiful home it's such a shame to see it end up like this. Thankyou for taking us on this fantastic journey and all your hard work. Again give my love to Markey. I hope you two can get together again. Xx
Another beautiful explore..glad you didn't go up those stairs!!!lovely fireplaces x Thanks for sharing.. love the ending as always ❤️ to you Mark & families ❤️ x
Beautiful scenery and house. It's a shame in all these homes, nice pieces of furniture just gonna sit there and decay or destroyed by roof falling in. They should be removed and saved. Thanks for sharing
You should buy a small drone with a camera where you can fly it up and places you can't get to to show some footage would be the best way but I'll never try and put yourself in danger enjoy your videos can't wait for more
It looks so perfect I thought somebody was still living there I can understand your frustration at not being able to get upstairs but you did the right thing it looks so perfect from the outside I really loved the iron fireplace 😉

Nice decay with a history. Glad you listened to the voice of reason that was telling you not to go up those stairs. Where did Marky go anyway and it he coming back?
Eamon De Lavera was born in New York at the age of two his Uncle Ned bought him back to limerick where he was bought up by his grandmother. He was a statesmans
What a place Dave bet it was fab when it was lived in. Such a shame it’s been left. I’d have loved to see upstairs too but I’m super glad you didn’t attempt it. Aww how great to see mark I really miss him . Hope you are ok Mark and please consider doing something with Dave. I miss the Sunday night lives too always such a laugh xx
hey Dave what a great video you put together what a great decaying home it was a shame that you and your mate could not ger up the second floor due to the stairs it was great that you had your lady friends there to watch over you so you could not hurt your self also thank you for the photos that you put on the end of the video plus some old video clips of Mark be great to see Mark back getting up to some fun with you in videos again . looking forward to seeing you in the next video until then take care and all the best to you and Mark

After the day I've had, it's nice to sit and chill with a Dave explore! Another amazing video, thank you Dave ❤. I've been trying to get on the merch store to grab a hoodie, but my phone keeps blocking it 😢 x
It is such a shame that you see these abandoned properties in nature takes its course, but it is also beautiful to see Anthony. There is a history which you’ve just gave us is so sad to
I’m going to go with the absolute majority here,& that’s..BRING MARK BACK..your road trips, explores, humour & singing were second to none. Seeing the ‘super slide’ in one of the rooms, brought a happy memory back of my dad/eldest daughter ( now 33 )..my dad sprayed the slide with furniture polish & rubbed it all in..she’ll be ok,he said..my daughter flew off that slide like 💩 off a stick..but absolutely loved it. Great explore..xx
Omg that was so dangerous indeed it`s a wonder that all you came out alive and not hurt in any way. I`ve seem many decade places that you explored but I think this one tops them off . Just so thankful you didn`t go up those stairs. I no you wanted to see the upstairs but some times it`s not worth it if it effects your health. Love the clips of you and Mark .I wish those days would come back I also wish the lives would come back because you and Mark made people forget what their going through, and have a fun filled time having laughter even if it was for a little while. Love you and also give my Love to Mark Take Care and Stay Safe ❤❤ XX
amazing find as always even in the condition its in you can see it used to be a beautiful house, I agree with all the comments saying we miss Mark and the lives, I used to look forward to them on a Sunday
Hi Dave, if ure ever up in the North of Ireland Od luv to go exploring. I bet there's a lot of history tied up to that house. I think its our damp n wet weather here which causes the houses to decay much quicker. Though you could still see the beauty in that big house, Id love to have seen how it looked back in the day and all the old characters who lived there. Brilliant explore Dave, so glad u didnt go any further up those stairs. Keep doing what u do and be safe ❤
Looking at this place from outside you would not think there was so much water damage inside. Love that wall paper in the hall way though. Thanks for sharing and have a great day, safe travels.
Amazing location and countryside totally interesting the house and property amazing and old furniture left behind totally loved the tour dave and team thanks for a good video ❤
Thank you for sharing again. We appreciate what you bring us a shout as I love all this type of stuff even when it’s creepy and scary and things like that.
That looked like a dangerous place to be in. Be very careful with your exploring. What were the big black barrel like things. Thank you for all your videos. Stay safe and God bless. xx
Ireland trying to bring in an empty property tax . At the moment there's no payment if a house is uninhabitable. But thats set to change hopefully some of these will be brought back into use . Claiming its used for storage . Or even demolition won't be an option . V
A new follower to your channel (from Alberta, Canada 🇨🇦) absolutely loved this explore! Beautiful old place! looking forward to seeing more of your explores! Much love to all! xxoo ❤️❤️❤️
You never disappoint 😊.. I can never understand why these beautiful homes are just left so sad.. love the Dave & Marky best bits 😂😂.. Come back Mark you two are a great double act 😂❤
Dave, love ya, but where was the 'scary dark past?' Man that house was ROTTEN. I'm glad your friend was along to scold you for trying to go up those stairs! LOL!
Hi Dave & Crew Members!! 😉 This Abandoned House in Ireland, looks good Outside, But Totally Decayed Inside!! The Town People... Needs to get the Furniture left Inside before It`s Gone!! Wow, that was Very Dangerous the Stairs & most of the Flooring!! Glad You All Stayed Safe!! Dave, You didn`t talk about the car? Was a Nice Find, but was Too Dangerous!! I Love at the End of You & Marky being Best Friends & doing Silly Things!!😍 Have a Safe Trip to Your Next Journey & a Wonderful Evening!! 😎✌❤ Love You Loads, Barb from Central Illinois USA❣
Love Ireland ❤what a lovely old place , really nice grounds too with plenty of bales of hay wrapped up , so farm land . 🫣very dodgy inside , looks as if the floor is melting away , tongue in cheek watching you go through here , quite dangerous Dave so be careful , but love your videos and the stories re IRA , love theses decayed scared old buildings 💕thank you for this incredible exploration 💕
You can see that the property is caving in when you were showing it around and you can see the flaws as she was telling us so you did the right thing, but I’m not climbing and doing all that it’s better to be safe but it would be brilliant if you guys went back there and did paranormal that would be interesting❤
What a shame lonely heartbroken with no help probably .we all get old and hope we still have people around us and are lucky enough to stay in our own homes .as for people that take stuff shame on you .what goes around comes around
Yeah that would have been very dangerous, the floors probably weren't good either , would have been nice though ,thanks for all your trouble you go through trying to find something
