This what the world needs. More men who knows how to put in 100%.and what 100 is. I love when he states that the world owes you nothing... He is so right that you can be anything you want to be and if you don't get it, Dam don't quit figure out why you didn't succeed and try even harder. Much RESPECT to all who give 100.
"I learned from very very young age that no one owes you anything and there ain't nobody going to give you a damn thing but you can have anything you want if you work hard enough for it and I believe that and I proved it" Branch Warren
you cant just be anything you want though, you just cant and we all know it, as did Branch he wanted to be Mr Olympia and couldn't do it because he didnt have what it took, nobody can change that this is just as unhealthy a mindset to have as giving up
@@elliottsantiago1638 Yes obviously he used PEDs just like every Mr.O competitor. Doesn’t matter how many steroids you’re blasting, tearing a quad and competing 6 months later would require psychotic work ethic.
Thing is now we live in an age of “Science Based Lifting” with all kinds of terms like AMRAP etc. These guys in the 90’s lifted hard and heavy and got huge period. Now so many RU-vidrs critique others so negatively if they don’t go slow or have the absolute perfect form. I get some of that but BB comes down to busting your ass pure and simple. I’ve lived it for 20 years a true passion I’ll never give up!
I get where you’re coming from, I do. I’m 40 so I know about the old school ways..... But a lot of these old school ways, yes they work, but there’s also a cost to be paid. You will likely be hurting and broken in your older years, even sooner some of these guys Science has helped us to understand how to get the maximum benefits while minimizing risk / costs. It’s ALWAYS gonna be better to work smarter instead of harder. Cause once smarter is optimized, you can always then add harder to that if you choose. But harder alone is not the best way
@@78matt Nick walker, Dr Mike, Mike Mentzer, Dorian Yates, Jared Feather, J3U. All of those are science guys that have some of the best physiques, way better than youll ever be
@@Day-ZDukeI’d argue that the old school ways were better than the modern gym influencer ways often promoted on social media. Far too many skinny fat kids doing tren or TRT yet still never learned the basics like working hard to failure and discipline. These kids now want 5 years of gains in 6 months and will have a lot of problems in their 40s.
Weak people complain, and Branch Warren definitely wasn't weak!!! Just really intense workout sessions. A man's man, and a real warrior with Johnny Jackson!
Always an inspiration Branch Warren! Made the most out of his physique and life! Branch thankyou for your hard work and for being a good role model! Peace!
@@TheHonestPeanut Obviously the juice that caused thr heart attacks. Powerlifting with good form and sensible weight progression is safe. Also to be an elite powerlifter you MUST take roids. They ALL do.
Dude’s an absolute training legend who always possessed a solid physique. He should have placed higher in so many comps. But when he fell off that horse I pissed myself 😂
@@HulktubeMotivation I know I shortly google it and saw a few but at that point Dorian was not in his prime, not washed up, just not in his prime. Imagine what that would be like both of them in their prime training.
The fantasy is that he got his body from hard work. The truth is his body came from a cocktail of drugs. And the result is that there will be a price for that decision that he will have to pay.
Branch is a mother freakin’ beast in the gym but I’m a mother freakin’ monster in the gym, the weights scream when it seems me, and cry mommy when I start getting my crazy insane stupid pump 😈💪
You clearly had a lot of gear, which costs a lot of money $10'000s a year, can't be that strapped for cash, and that's not to mention all the food, supps and gym memberships+ personal equipment
The heart is a muscle too, this grows too with the steroids they use. A growing heart is an ageing heart... Shame these guys end up dying way before their time. The steroid abuse their bodies suffer sadly is irreversible.
from where they get money to be jacked up when they do not work i was working spending 1.500 euros each month and no chance to be big like them. i burn my muscles on heavy job and i was not big but defined.
Captain momentum....one of the blockiest, least pleasing physiques of all time. He came into one contest in shape.......everything else looked like a water buffalo.
Hate to break the news. But growing up with nothing, being poor, having multiple jobs. Welcome to America. You are right there with the majority of us.
Somebody handed him steroids no matter what he paid for them its a huge favor even call it a gift that got him places in bodybuilding that he wouldn't have had chance at!
Everyone says the same sh## but no one mentions their steroid cycle lol, why?! Obviously can't be done without it. Dudes a monster and thats great, but they all sound the same and say the same things.
Hate to say it but this kind of training and mentality doesn’t really exist anymore these days it seems like we’ll as far as bodybuilding less training more “ gear “ is the answer only few guys who do have this mentality in my opinion Kai for sure and maybe Nick, branch for sure was the most barbarically insane guy to ever compete
YOU MENTIONED AND PRAISED "THE LORD JESUS" FOR SOME 15 YEARS AGO, BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD ONE SINGLE WORD ABOUT HIM OUT YOUR MOUTH SINCE THEN. IS HE NOT WORTHY OF ANYTHING YOU HAVE DONE? AT LEAST, HE MADE US, AND SHOULD HAVE ALL THE GLORY. THAT IS WHAT HIS BOOK SAITH !!
Exactly! People think it's just as easy as putting a needle in your ass and you magically get jacked. Nope doesn't work like that. You still have to get in the gym and bust your ass through hard work. These mass monsters don't just magically happen over night.
You never heard of him because he was terrible. And he keep scoring high in the omympia. It's beyond me. His physic is ugly. The only physic worst than his was palumbo. Most overated bodybuilder.
Sorry, its not hard work if you use steroids. Try it without. I trained 30years without. I made one cicle and had more progress in 2 weeks than in the 30 years before and I did a very VEEEEERY small cycle. So don't tell me about hard work
Respect the dedication, but it's just absolutely unhealthy, just doesn't seem worthwhile to ruin your health and massively increase the chances of an early death in order to develop huge muscles.Im not hating , just a pity it can't be done drug free and still be financially profitable as a career.
