Another problem is that millions of Americans are only now realizing how its political process works, because social media is exposing it. The democratic national convention subverts democracy by hand-picking the candidate. Americans want to be able to choose the candidates, but the two parties are tightly controlling it.

Yes, the number is higher than 400,000 total, but I read from a few sources that the 400,000 were the estimated preventable Covid deaths if Trump had done his job properly sooner.
As always with your parodies loving it. It is about party allegiance unfortunately. I live in a city where if you put a red rosette on dog excrement it would be voted onto the council. We have a mayor, and many years ago we had a referendum on that position and the majority voted against it, it was forced on us anyway. Now since then our mayor has got been in that position solely because he is labour, yet if mayors had to stand on their own merits he would never have gotten it as he is a scouser and here and Liverpool have a long standing problem. It is more about how people vote against their own interest if they feel that the one they vote for listened to them. I do wonder if maybe it is time for a new planetary reset with an asteroid impact as we are repeating the same mistakes again and again and again. Fascism is now acceptable, as long as you are on the right side of it and seems to be more far left now. Therefore maybe it is time for us to be wiped out and a new sentient species to evolve and see how they go on. As much as I hate to say this, but he didn't start it he just added oxygen to it. PS: In private the Queen said he was rude. It is even reported she thought there was an arrangement between Trump and Melania and so not a true marriage. That is a major statement as she knew her place to be neutral so to make her say such a thing is in the extreme.

I do wish people would / could look beyond party lines sometimes, and think about the greater good.
Sadly the greater good is dependant on the person. As a country/empire declines in general it becomes more nationalist. Think how long the US thought it was the leader of the free world and the exceptionalism they were taught about. Now the power of the US is declining, in much the same way the British Empire declined a number of decades ago and other countries rose. That is when protectionism becomes so strong and so tariffs kick in.Lets face facts that is about business not people.
VOTE BLUE, up and down the ballot - Because the only way for the Republicans to break the chokehold that MAGA has on its neck is to vote them all out. When they come back with genuine conservative candidates, we can once again argue decently over policies.

I really thought I'd only be able to think of enough for 2, maybe 3 verses. But once the ball got rolling, I found it easy to fill the whole song - and even had a few spare ideas! Scary and sad that he's done so many terrible things.
