I run a hybrid dino/insect/Kaiju variant that uses Parasite Paracide, Ultimate Cocoon of Evolution, Metamorphosed Insect Queen and a Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth for lulz The insects make Dino Pill live at all times when you see it in hand, and Parasite can get you a free boss summon even when you don't have cocoon in hand. Cocoon is a Kaiju effect when you can do the combo
Parasite, Cocoon and one of the two in hand gets you PUGM and Metamorphosed Insect Queen out together while removing any monster of your opponent's you choose, and Queen's effect makes them both immune to destruction and targeting xD Add UCT and the Omni negate Evolsaur to that and it's lulz
Coles a good card, I ran it in the past but I got into feeling that it was only really helpful if I drew into it on my 1st or 2nd turn. Summoning it off of baby will sometimes short you a more important summon like petite (to go into xeno meteorus )or giant rex, so it's very situational for me. How has it been for you?
Yes I am playing Cupid pitch colossus it is nice going first the Colossus and uct under spright elf protection is nice as well as the barronne for extra protection but I am a newer dino player I am trying to learn the going second plays so I may cut him soon because he doesn't help to much going second at least from my experience aside from easy access to chenying
@@kylesolana1578 Something I shouldve mentioned in the video is that Dinos are already a powerful going 1st deck. With Master Duel being a best of 1 format, the deck tries to be as balanced as possible for going 1st or 2nd. If I was in a tourney and I knew I was going 1st then I'd play the Colossus turbo version. I forgot who plays that deck but I've seen it around before on yt, very powerful, but not very consistent or strong going 2nd.
Is there any way to make them more consistent? Sometimes i get hands that i just have to pass my turn on without doing anything. Same if they ash or imperm the soul eating and i don't open the out, or if they called by the miscellaneous.
Called by on misc is just one of those things where you gotta tip your cap so to speak. Very hard to stop that which is why called by is so powerful. Ash can stop many decks but we have an advantage with misc (along with crossout and called by) to play around those cards.
DO IT! Dinos are so much fun and only gonna get better when Evolzar Lars comes. The price of Dinos is similar to Kash and I have a Kash Dark magician deck that i play because I'm also an old school returning player.
@kingmahde1 but from my understanding konami is taking forever to add cards to master duel. I wanted kash because I'm tired of these meta decks acting like the gy is a second hand.
@@kellyd1910 very true they are taking a while to add cards, but many speculate that Lars will come in the next selection pack so hopefully next month. Modern day yugiohs biggest problem is how accessible the gy is, it sucks lol.
Just about any monster in the deck can be used as cost and what you get a lot of times depends on the situation. Most cards in hand will get you to UCT in the deck and from there you can add baby, misc, or ovi depending on what you need.
Can the opponent activate "solemn judgment" upon summoning "Archosaurus" after I have already discarded "miscellaneous dinosaur" in the graveyard and banished it for "Archosaurus"? Theoretically, the verdict on the summoning at this moment says Archosaurus is not yet a dinosaur!? thanks for the reply
Judgement cannot negate the summon from a monster eff such as misc. They could negate the normal summon/ special summon(not by monster eff) though because the dino is technically not on the field yet to be protected by misc. and misc only makes dinos on the field unaffected. Figured I'd answer it here too lol
Imagine calling youreself mr casual and using the best deck to still lose. Hand trap disruption, trap disruption, 2 or more negates. Such a sad player.
