This is a First Amendment Audit of the Town of Lancaster, NY Board of Assessment Review. AKA B.A.R.. The Lancaster BAR shows very clearly that they don't work as a independent board, they work for the Town and furthermore the Chairman of the BAR admitted she don't care about the Law one bit. She's been violating the Law for 15 years and doesn't care. This BAR is OUT of CONTROL! The BAR needs to be completely replaced to members who will abide by the Law and not walk out cause of a camera. If We the People violate the Law we will be heald accountable, but not Lancaster Government! Even the Town Assessor admitted swarn in under oath that he used the Illegal math equation to certifie the tax roll. Lancaster is looking for a class action lawsuit! And don't worry Fam litigation is on the way and We will serve it TOGETHER!
