I think ifyou spread hay out in yard the seed from hay might grow a pasture once it rains.

We use zip ties on our cattle panels and they work. They wear out eventually but we just walk around with a hand full and replace them….easy peasey 😊

Dogs will be dogs they will find a way to escape.
