I tried them both here in atlanta, ga - Bahel Restaurant. I was unsure about eating the raw meat but they explained the preparation of the meat and etc. On top of that, the seasoning that they prepare and cook their meals with is amazing. At some point, I'm definitely traveling to Ethiopia for the home grown meal. I only can imagine what it taste like back at home. 🔥🔥🔥

I have had raw beef in Ethiopia and it is delicious. Just eat a small quantity that’s all. And I’m a white British born American…. But my favourite is firfir !
Raw meat isn’t my thing but it would be nice to try cooked foods just for a change,because Turkish kitchen has the largest selections and amazing taste and most importantly I grew up with those tasty foods 👍😄
I think it is only the Ethiopians and the Sudanese who eat raw meat in East Africa, though the Sudanese eats only the sheep's liver and part of the stomach
