The actual pace of GUTS is bananas. They must have been on such a tight budget and had to keep things rolling as fast as possible in the Xtreme Arena. It's crazy how fast they go from some improv school dropout "securing" a cord to a child to launching them into space. GUTS is awesome and it could never happen like this today.

Hey fellas! Weekly Watchin Guts fan here! LOVING the new changes with the addition of Team JoeZack, and the new rules you added for Season 2, BUT I have one big suggestion: It bummed me out to hear y’all telling JoeZack that their stellar Season 1 didn’t matter because the final episode was a “winner takes all” event. This means that all those exciting picks, trades, and wins mean nothing all season… but you have the perfect opportunity here to make the regular season and the Crag-Off more like an actual episode of Guts! Hear me out: Regular season is just the same as you have it setup, but then the Crag-Off is for MORE points added to your regular season total as opposed to just winning it all. So you get the same chance to steal a win but your regular season moves and picks still mean something overall. The regular season episodes can be thought of as the individual events. Then the Crag-Off is like the Crag finale event! Example (using current Watchin rules): Regular Season: 0, 2, or 4 points Possible Crag-Off Points: 0, 4, or 8 points Just a thought 😁

There is a 2 second penalty for not going around the first buoy on the raft, but it easily takes everyone 15+ seconds to make that turn. I want to see a contestant just go left on the first buoy and have a straight away along the left edge. The 2 second penalty is well worth it.

Outstanding comeback from Jilly considering she had half a lemon in her mouth for the whole 2nd half of the competition. Actually seemed to motivate her.

The water events really are the wild cards in these shows. Jimmy looked great after basic training only to fail miserably at the end to the pool. Jill came out of nowhere with that super jump to get a win so good for her. Joezack needed that win too.

Note that Mike DIDN'T interview Jilly after she won the longest jump.. So not only were Jimmy and Joey giving Jilly the cold shoulder, Mike had no interest in speaking to her either. Something also weird.. Notice at the end during the medal awarding, they cut away to the audience instead of showing Mo putting the medal on Jilly. Typically, they show Mo putting the medal on everyone but they cut away to an audience shot instead of showing her medal being put on her.. There's definitely something up that happened during the taping of this episode we don't know about.

Just to say again: the way Guts does its scoring system with ties is messed up. It should be 250-250-100. That’s how golf divides money between tied players (add up the total money for those places, divide evenly).

Joez and Zack could be in first place if it wasn't for the worst trade in Guts history in the first round or at minimum they would be in 2nd place.

The discussion of in-game Jimmy claiming he totally would've won is such Jimmy-coded behavior.

Purple fuckin crag…we got rogue rocks hitting actuators, we got Joey moving the rock at the top that didn’t fall-DIRECTLY into Jilly’s way so she can’t get up before him at the end. I’m all the way out of Joey’s win. Unbelievable.

You should know the events prior to the game and then do points based on events instead of overall outcome. That makes the draft and in show trades more strategic. You three need to live vicariously through your draft picks and whoever wins the most points throughout the season wins.

Jilly did better at the long just because females center of gravity is the hips and she led with them. Makes are the shoulders which doesn't help much here. She was probably also heavier because the boys were wirey but she wasn't so her momentum went forward

Joez was yelling about how slow Joey was going, but that slowness let him fix his actuator very quickly.

Jilly should have been disqualified on the crag for going into the purple track (per Mo's explanation of the rules, cannot cross into another player's zone). It would have made no difference in the final standings though.
