As an Italian, I do fully approve of naming the boy Aurelius. Aurelius Campisi, what a way to assert dominance right off the bat.

Marcus Aurelius is not only the last of the 5 good Emperors in roman history but probably also the mentally strongest. He was part of the stoic thinker movement and i would recommend his book to anyone. Yes, he wrote a book that you can still buy today and that gives a deep insight into Aurelius' world of thought. I hope your Son will be even remotely as intelligent as his big namesake, because then we can expect great things from him. All the best to the little Emperor Aurelius Mark Campisis.

With my first name being Adam, I gave my son the middle name of "Jaeger", and it made sense being that my wife is German. So this way, he honors his German heritage, his first name is my first name, and he can go with "A.J.", without having Jr. in his name. As I feel (in my opinion) that can having Jr. in the name scheme, can psychological and sociologically cast a shadow on a man, tying him to his father's accomplishments or failures, both in bad ways. For the first son, I always feel you can never go wrong with having a middle name that starts with a "J", so they can be called by their initials (i.e. AJ, CJ, EJ, etc.). But in your situation, you out did my idea. With Mark as a middle name and Aurelius as a first name. He will be god-tier in his school.

Congrats on the new pooch! We rescued a dog from Spain 3 years ago (we are in the uk) She had been in a pound for a year before we got her! Like your baby, there were issues to deal with. We had food aggression to start with(we have 3 other dogs), messing Indoors etc. It takes a lot of time and patience sometimes with a rescue so keep at it 😊.
