We FINALLY did it! 

I just have to tell you that your channel has been so helpful to me this year! My youngest son has had several health issues. He’s been in the hospital a few times this year, but the pediatrician was at a loss. He still had hives all over him, fevers, dizziness, high fevers. No medication was helping and nothing was coming up on allergy tests. We tried the GAPS diet because of you and all of his symptoms are gone after two weeks on it! He’s had those symptoms since July, and it’s now November. But anyway, I’m so thankful I learned about that and also natural household cleaners and things from you because we’d be completely at a loss and still have a suffering boy if I didn’t watch your videos.

Girl BE CAREFUL cutting frozen stuff like that with your hand on the end of the knife!! I sliced the ever loving BLEEP out of my palm cutting some half thawed butter that way, yeeeikess you don’t want an injury like that!! Not criticizing you, just don’t want to see you hurt, lord knows i learned the hard way 😬

I keep canned milk for emergencies and water can really make a good gravy if you have a tasty sausage fat to go with the flour salt and pepper…love that float trip💞

But a few pauses with soft music to allow the viewer to take a breath would really help (in my humble opinion ❤). Otherwise I feel a bit like I’m as busy as you, lol! Hey you know somehow the meat defrosts more evenly in cold water & it feels quicker. On a side note, if you defrost in hot or warm water, any bacteria that were frozen will multiply. After reading that fact, I no longer defrost in hot/warm water. Oh & I hope you have a wonderful birthday.

After 15 years, we are finally going on our honeymoon. We actually found some "new" cabins like 10 mins away. This older gentleman buys up old buildings on properties that the owners don't want and he's moved them all to his land and made a venue of old buildings, almost like a little town. You can rent them to stay in, have weddings, events, etc. it's really pretty cool! There's stores and shops he's put in and you can just walk the area. We have it booked for our anniversary weekend. I can't wait to go and video it as well! We float the buffalo river in the summer and it's so much fun! I talked to Lisa about it when we went to the Ozarks homesteading expo, we actually ended up staying at the same hotel and sitting by the pool together, talking and letting the kids play. She was telling me about the areas y'all have up there to float and such. It's so pretty! Glad you enjoyed it!

you can make gravy without milk just use water do it the same way as you do with milk
