We Fixed the Koschei Glitch in DMZ.. 

I’m seeing the snipers nest glitch used a lot less on console these days, personally I actually go through Koshei for my regain to get a stealth vest, large backpack, perk up and get an RGL at the same time and 95% of the time I don’t run into anyone. I don’t mind people using the Koshei glitch as it leaves the complex for me to do my thing.

what a waste of time. it only takes as long to blow up the burnt shell of a vehicle as it took you to blow it up the first time. you'd think someone with as many hours in the game as you guys would know that..

I actually went into Koschei and played the whole map the other day. not everyone uses Koschei for glitching

Need to get Westie and Stodeh back on the DMZ. Easily my favorite 3 man squad to ever enter Al Mazrah.

I actually like to hit Koschei solo to barter for the stealth vest (black server tape and chlorine). Because of the glitchers I rarely get to have a PVP fight in there anymore though.

I’m not sure why you’d do this. I get it, the glitch sucks. But what would suck more is a solo being chased by a super sweaty team, the solo decides to go to Koschei, actually run Koschei to survive….and this? Now they are dead. Well done. And for those that actually want to get in, they just need to keep shooting the cars and they will disappear….so they still glitch.

Been playing dmz since day 1. Have one of my favorite stories of all time that just happened yesterday When you have a 4 man team and they try to bully a solo! I warned them. I told them to leave him alone. Had to switch teams and put them down lmao! He never shot at us only ran, only had a 2 plate. My guys dropped all their gear for him in the end though ;)

Here is a hot take I will get a lot of hate for... I have the underbarrel glitch with my own, home-made macro. I never use it against players except in the instance that I'm trying to go do a legit, solo, Koschei run, and there was players camping the entrance. No mercy at that point. They can't even run away, because they've backed themselves into the entrance. If you assume that everyone is glitching, and there are NO LEGIT Koschei players, that's the wrong move, and deserving of whatever happens.

As someone who uses Koschei as a legitimate exfil when being hunted by a team as a solo… this would about make me quit the game if I ran into this.

I can live with the glitchers. It's the crippling lag that pisses me off.

You can blow the vehicle all the way so it dissapears so it's pointless what you've just done.

As someone who both uses the Koshei glitch, but also runs Koshei to re-kit, this video warmed my heart. Haha

The under barrel glitch isn't a glitch. It's a cheat. The glitches I can work around but the cheaters is the worst part

The idea behind putting cars inside the tunnel to the complex is a good idea, but if you just continue to shoot the vehicle after it blows up the first time. It will blow up again and disappear.

Also kosh such an easy regain, also get some good guns down there & usually total ghost town for players

The unmarked Oasis entrance to Koschei is the only one I ever use. And I don't glitch--I actually run through Koschei to regame.

Nuthing is better than exfiling. The adrenaline rush is Crazy. But most the time a player on my random teams say im koschei out, Im like No! I need my perks . With no other choice i will glitch koschei..

There are a handful of places that the LTV will get stuck like that. Sometimes if you shoot out the tires it will lower it just enough that you can squeeze back out.

Al Mazzy PD... all that is needed is someone to say, 'STOP!... or my mom will shoot!' (who remembers this classic gem of a movie?)

It's just taking advantage of a failsafe built into DMZ so if you happen to disconnect during matchmaking for whatever reason, you keep your stuff, exact same logic behind the Tombstone Glitch in zombies

I go to Koschi all the time to build up my character. It sucks going in to Al Mazrah just to get pushed immediately and killed by a team with 3-plates and UAVS while wearing a 1-plate.

There’s 4 places to Koshei glitch 2 little motorcycle glitches. One little motorcycle glitch. And almost every place for the front door, you can shove a person through into it.

All the Devs would have to do would be to add a Koschei tab in the main menu and remove this stupid exploit, would save DMZ

I go to Koschei complex to do missions! Not to glitch out! How can you tell between Glitchers and players doing mission I’m curious? I’m on my second account repeating all mission! Love your content keep it up guys!

I mean, some of us still have stuff to do in koschi. Plus sometimes I enjoy a long raid. Sux that cheaters have now ruined it and everybody assumes you're cheating anytime you go to koschi

I get 3 plate vests and whatever i can for my team next round give them the kits expecting them to stsy with me watch them run off and die get told im a dickhead for them dying and go rinse and repeat a few hours enjoying the game not dying and then call it a day been doing it a few months now

I was in ashika the other day, 2 of looting for cigar boxes, We were in the water way, there were people above us and abusing us for cheating being under the map. I couldn’t say I’m in the water way because it would have given our location away. They clearly didn’t know the map very well

Perfect ending would have been if they were killed off by an underbarrel glitcher :)

People sill run Kosh to legit play it. Helped a guy do the serpentine camo last week.

Never have used koschei to glitch out. But have had fights against people thinking they doing work like yourself at the entrance trying to prevent us going to koschei. Often go through koschei to get easy vests and help friends do missions. Don't think it's too fair to attack people trying to get in. But do think the glitch needs to be fixed, if it's even possible to do so.

Love you guys for this. I try to do the same thing but Im a casual solo player so I get rocked more times than I actually beat them. If I could push one fix from the Devs it would be the damn one shot though.

I’ve been trying to regain all week. With everyone either paranoid and it’s an instant barrage or glitching it’s almost impossible. I finally exfil with a medium backpack and a 2 plate. It’s rough out here playing solo

Exfilling through Koschie instead of final exfill is sometimes easier. Game died with PTW skins with DMZ benefits

i personally think koschei glitching out is so lame, i wish it would stop. but 80-90% of the players on al maz is how they exfil. I play vondel a lot, and ashika. But if i ever do go to koschei, i actually just play it, sometimes i run into teams, some times i don't. One was to destroy playing with koschei glitchers, is vondel, and ashika, and b21.

You know the vehicle can disappear after being blown up. I rig the area with double C4 and wait for them to rush in with them full in a car and boom.

Wild. What about ppl still doing heated madness? Place is great for regain. Most sweats are afraid to go.

Put some proximity mines in the vehicle before leaving it. They go to move it so they can glitch…. Boom. Lol

This is an awesome idea until you prevent those of us that like to actually go to Koshi. Had someone do this the other day and it ruined our game. Died and lost all my stuff because there wasn't enough time to get to another entrance. You guys didn't help you hindered. The glitches are not going anywhere, why limit our access to Koshi other than because it doesn't conform to your gaming style. The glitch is part of the game and is never getting fixed so get over it I did.

I don't glitch. I hate when people don't play the game like it was meant to be played. I still enjoy DMZ .

I play with 2 other guys all the time we still actually try an finish all objectives and we go into koshi to kill the bosses even though we don't need the xp. We enjoy the game play and haven't played multi-player since DMZ was introduced.

Weird bud! I played DMZ on its first day & there wasn’t any back doors to the Chopper bud. The Chopper has ALWAYS been the way it is now for me m8!

Yeah after you blow up a car you can throw a send texts or a drill charge on it and it will completely destroy itself and disappear completely gone

Last night I collected my vest and backpack after a few rounds of being hunted like hell. Loaded in a game fully stocked and ready to go, only for the game to load the HUD. The screen was entirely black but it had sound. Everyone had the same issue. So I lost of my fricken' gear because of this broken POS game. Then I did the glitch because F*** it.

If you keep shooting at the cars even when you have destroyed them you can still destroy them even more and they disappear.

I thinks people who do Koschei glitch is at least better than people who do underbarrel grande launcher glitch. I play last night and not only I ran into one team using under barrel glitch but almost 5 team using this glitch.

Since DMZ is no longer being updated, every bug might as well be considered a feature, everyone uses them so why not do the same. Koschei as a glitch isn’t as detrimental to the game as you think. Compared to the underbarrel glitch koschei makes very little difference, same with the snipers nest glitch, in the bigger picture it doesn’t really matter who does it because a few extra 3 plate vests makes pretty much no difference, the glitches exist, people will use them. Deal with it because they are never getting patched. If you don’t like people using them then just kill the people using them and try not to die yourself, simple as that

blocking the entrance with a car doesn't do anything. if you keep shooting it, it will blow up and disappear.

theres only 2 ways to stop some one glitching the noobtube. gotta chill next to borders, preferabily in a car, and just run out into the red, they dont get the satisfaction of shooting you, nor any of your loot. option 2 be far enough away to snipe them (i dont use snipers cause they are lame so that doesnt work for me sadly) maybe you can use trophy systems but idk if they could stop a spam of nades. any way but yeah agreed the BIG glitches are nasty. the koschei extract is ehhh sure fineee let ppl do it, tho i find extracting trough koschei and getting more loot and xp is more fun. but the noobtube glitch? F get that removed ASAP. the getting trough doors without keys to get to high tier loot is messed up but not realy that much of a deal, it only gives ppl who suck at the game a chance to loot up, so i can then take their loot either way. and the BIGGEST issue so far is blatant hacking (esp when ppl pair that with the noobtube glitch) literaly saw 2 death squads roaming across the map, i was chilling on the border in a car not moving very well hidden for like 15 mins discusing with a friend how to use the map, how to see ques and plan properly, sudenly the death squads start just rushing to my location in cars straight line without stopping, they knew i was there, 100% esp/wallhacks could see me across the map, so i just rode into the red border, gave them zero satisfaction and one of the 4 chase cars ended up in the red zone with me so took one out too lmfao

Amusing fix, except for the few legit koshei escapers. I go in water and fight to the exit like a normal player should. Oh well lol. I don't play that often anymore, mostly just watch Phixate and Wizard DMZ videos on occasion.

Some team with all chinese letters used the under barrel grenade launcher glitch and killed our whole team like it was a nuclear strike..we reported them and to my surprise they measaged me a few days later that they took action from my report...since they arnt updating the game anymore i figured it was useless to report anyone but i guess they banned them for it..sweet

so me and my friend we want to enter in sniper nest room with pristine key and need the notes "cartel dossier" last note for my friend to exfil, we met a team there they SCREAM THEY DO THE GLITCH THEY DO GLITCH. NO WE DONT DO GLITCH WE OPEN THE DOOR WITH KEY, U CAN KEEP ALL ITESM THERE.. they killed us, they took all our stuff i said to them revive my friend he need to exfil the last notes please, i dont give a fuck about getting plead out. They revive him, and the note and the skeleton were dropped into dumpster... is this we deserve? is this the fair player deserve? u cant even go there to look for notes, we try at least for 17 attemps with no success, every time THE SAME FUCKING ANSWER THEY SAY.

Holloween was the only time that I canremember exfils being a warzone trying to get off mazrah but EVERY gm i play now that's all players wanna do. I'm ok with it but if I need weapons in my insured weapons slots to get cool down time knocked off I'll go for the exfil

Take youre best AR and test it on fire range right after you log in to the game, shot the 3 plated dummie as many times you need to make it go down, chest shots, count the shots. Do a raid with that gun and when you return to the lobby , test it again on the fire range, same as before. I promise you that you will be a little pissed of, now all guns uses 2 extra shots to down the dummie. Test it, i have no idea why this is happening. On certain guns it is up to 25% weaker after the first raid. If anyone know how to make activision aware of this, you should. This is just stupid, i fought hard to get my gun strong and suddenly it 20% weaker. pissed off now. Got to log of and on again in between every raid to get the settings back to how it should be.

Not bad but I hope you guys realise there is a way around this method of blocking the coshei entrance.
