Packy absolutely FLOODS a bowling lane with oil! He applies roughly 500% more oil than a lane normally receives, and then challenges local pro Alex George in a head to head match with plastic balls and then reactive balls. Who will come out on top?

You should try a bowing bingo challenge. Make a bingo board and each square has a different task. For example: bowl a strike, pick up a split, bowl a 10 pin spare, blindfolded strike, opposite hand, back up ball, etc.

hey Packy, I recently added the Attention Star to my bag and watching the line you generally play helped me so much. I used to think I should throw it out far but I stand left and the ball barely touches the 10 board and works like magic, thank you.

Nice! In the old days was there not a Peterson Points bowling tournament where the lanes were flooded like this? I remember at Kona Lanes in Costa Mesa, CA{long closed down} when they did the tournament the manager was using old style bug sprayer with the can filled with oil. Was wild.

Yo, as always love the video. Wish you would sometimes put up a visual or something to explain the moving over 4 and throwing at 17 1/2 stuff. I've been watching the channel for a while and understand your talking about the wood dots or something in some way but just a little visual/explanation every so often for us non bowlers that just enjoy watching the channel and want to know what is being talked about sometime. Ha!!

League a couple weeks ago our House messed up and didn't load a pattern into the machine (that's what I heard) but the lanes had a lot of oil gutter to gutter and from the foul line to the pins. We already started bowling before they admitted they screwed up. They fixed the men's league but didn't fix ours the mixed league.

You know back when bowled I rather bowl on oily lanes than dry lanes for me my ball hooked to much on a dry lane. A friend gave me a ball and said the ball won’t hook but when I rolled it it went to the gutter. My last year I bowled I carried a 218 average so I wasn’t a amateur

Did this 20 years ago. Nothing knew. You learned to control the midlane and if you got it to the OB it was zero. Our house rule was we used resin and left balls at factory too

I bowl in a house ball league and everyone that scores well throws a 10 lb ball right up the middle and gets the deflection strike on either pocket. The lighter ball is the key.

I would disagree, you can still hook a 15lb ball and strike way more! The house ball league sounds like a super fun idea!!

@@TheHouseBowling It is very fun and the main point is no one knows how to hook a ball, they all throw the straight up the middle and we found the 10 lb deflection strike is the key. Heavier balls won't deflect and will split. It's similar in effect to the taiwanese UFO ball.

I've seen lanes that were so loaded up with oil that the hard hooking balls were actually leaving rooster tails behind them. Needless to say, my ball was skidding down the entire length of the lane. Rotten conditions. 😕
