In our last episode, we recommended a few attractions around Sun Moon Lake to add to your itinerary. Next up, a culinary tour of Sun Moon Lake. A trip to Sun Moon Lake will not be complete without visiting the streets of Ita Thao. A lively street with various stalls selling a wide variety of delicious food, Ita Thao is definitely the place to please your tastebuds! It is also the place to stay when you are at Sun Moon Lake. It is way less touristy and the shopping streets were the best!

Hey guys! we are going to SML in December with the kids. Do yo think there will be food options at 2pm or shall we bring food for the kids? (6 and 8 so they have quite an appetite ;) ) thanks for the videos!

We are not 100% sure but there might be some restaurants open around that time. Definitely to visit the night market in the evening.

May I know u all went on a weekends or weekdays? Do u know what time all these stall close?

Hi! We were there on the weekends. Not really sure if they have a standard closing time but there were still stalls opened while we were there at 9pm.

@@oneyearsabbaticalthanks. I read some stall might not be opened on weekdays so a bit worried as my family and I are going there from 21st to 23rd dec Thur to sat . Leaving early on sat morning to cingjing farm .
