Hiking improves mental health, good for the bones and muscles etc. I'm from Awgu Town and I've been to Mmaku but not Hiking but to drink their special palm wine, in the 1990's. Wow, Chief Vera showing off her sporty side again with a therapeutically refreshing hike and bonding with beautiful fellow Nigerians, but you forgot to film yourself (important content😊)! I like how Emmanuel made it fun for everyone and gave the time to absorb the beautiful surroundings.
