Suggestion: James Garner can be a future loan to buy but I think he's currently on loan rating 69 potential of 82 can play both positions CDM/CM I believe he is a very underrated player and I have yet to see anyone play with or attempt to sign or loan him in I think he can be a great addition to Kensington FC's midfield

PCQ:For the right back spot i suggest you Taylor Gardner-Hickman from West Bromwich. He got a 2 overall winter upgrade this season and 1 potential upgrade. 19 years old, 67 rating and 79 potential. Obviously in the winter or in the summer if you want to make Jack a back-up or selling him

Aston Villa have good young players. Aaron Ramsey (younger brother of Jacob) and Lamare Bogarde have good potentials up into the 80s and would probably be affordable. Colwill from huddersfield or van de ven from wolfsburg are also good defenders. Louie Barry would be a good signing but might be on loan for this season. Also try to by young players that will develop rather than old players in decline

Pcq: You should look into Nnmadi Collins! A very promising young CB who has great pace and can give depth to both the CDM and fullback positions. He plays for Borussia Dortmund and you can get him for around 700-800k!

PCQ: instead of having to fret over another cdm, why not just convert to one cdm, make your rm and lm wingers, and have two cams? You have really good bench depth in the cam department, and then Lee could be the backup cdm.

Benjamin Sesko is 66 rated JUST ABOUT 2.7m and Ricky-Jade Jones is 60 rated just about 675,000 both strikers and potential above 80 and another is Pierre Dwomoh is 60 or 66 rated and about 664,000 and potential 85. From personal experience and you could use these young players for squad deft.
