Use the plant pots without the drainage holes, but put a clay pot inside the non-hole pot. Plants do better in clay pots. The soil gets to breathe, they don't stay too wet or get too dry. The white pot would just be a decorative thing with the real pot inside.

We had the round Version of the square handled sink faucet. We broke our sink and messed the facet up trying to take it off the sink. So say we had to up grade it. But you got to love a very very old house. When it comes to old house that always have something that needs fixed.

Loved your plant haul goods! I have a few pots that also don’t have drainage holes but my mom showed me you can put pebbles or even styrofoam at the bottom of the pot then put your soil and plant it and it will help soak up that extra moisture since there’s not drainage hole and just make sure not to over water it but will help! I’ve been doing it for awhile with the few pots like that and so far so good! ❤️

I watched the Jenna Marbles plant tour and bought like 12 plants in the span of just about two weeks. I now watch plant care videos everyday. It's a deep hole I've gone down. I think The Sill sells pots only! But I feel ya on the holeless planters. Why are they made. I have two, one of which I'm returning because I'm not about to kill my poor baby from salt build up and root rot.😩😩😩 Try local nurseries for pots! And Home Goods/TJMaxx/Marshalls, also, Target, if you dare.

House 7 reminds me of my house. My house was built in 1974, but somehow house 7 is even more 70s than my house 🤣 I LOVE IT!

OOOOO, GURRRRL! YOU BESS LEAVE THAT BOYYYY! Lmao! I'd love to see that. There's some stuff in Fort Worth..but I will say that for the most part, it is way too laid back for me. I feel like the only interesting stuff is for soccer moms..that kind of life... No offense to them, it's just that I'm not there yet or may never be. I'm really jealous of the Alamo Draft House. There isn't one over here, but the Hulen Movie Tavern will do a throwback like once a month or so that I forget about. The Coyote Drive In is cool, though. It'll be really pretty once everything looks alive and starts blooming lol

Buying a house in a good market is the best investment for your money, definitely buy. Truly a house with space between neighbors is worth more than gold, and resale is always higher 💗💗

Leighann. The best daytime running-about-town sports bra that works for errands and yoga, up to a pretty high impact workout is the Natori Yogi bra. It is incredible. I don't want to wear another bra ever.

To be fair, that's pretty normal in DFW. The soil here expands and contracts a ridiculous amount depending on water levels. It's not if you'll have foundation issues but when.

You don’t have to drill into the bottom of cache pots that don’t have holes. Go to Dollar Tree and get a couple bags of river rocks. Put a layer of the rocks at the bottom of the pot and then your soil. This gives the water a place to go! You can also keep the plants in the grower’s pot and just put that in the cache pot on top of the rocks!

The morning commute to Dallas from Ft Worth will rob pieces of your soul!! I’d suggest sleeping over a few nights at Grants folks and make the commute...then think about a house here in Ft Worth. I’ve lived here 23 years, and you could not pay me to make that drive in rush hour. Nerp. 🙅🏼‍♀️

Kangaroo Mommy I’m sure that commute is a soul robber, too! I’d leave for work 16 miles from my home in Fort Worth to my job in Fort Worth at 6:25am, and it would take me 25 minuets up I35 to get there...coming home at 6pm would take 50 minuets 😫

In my early twenties I was a maid and I used to clean an 80s dream mansion! Black and white everything including marble floors with inset turquoise and magenta abstracr pieces in the carpet & mirrored surfaces everywhere!

My husband and I go to Bath and Body works and pick out hand soap and candles when we are on dates hahahaha! We aren't that interesting but we have fun so it's all good.
