It's official...we have found the BEST road you can drive in Lombok! 😍
This really is something that more people should know about, because we had no idea what we were getting into when we set off from Kuta to drive to Gili Gede. The first half of the road was beautiful, but then things really ramped up. This road is the single best piece of road we have ever driven in our 3 years of travel. It is incredible, and will leave you constantly rubbing your eyes in disbelief 🙌🏼
After exploring Kuta, and a few other places in South Lombok, we knew the nature here was incredible. Driving this road up in the mountains, along the cliffs and looking out at the beaches, ocean views, rainforests...everything. It is one of our highlights from our time in Lombok 🏍️
