Someone already said, but the Fluffypuff character you got is from the anime series madoka magica (I believe her name is Charlotte, though ive seen her called Bebe). She's a Witch who really likes cheese. The toy is her cute form but her other form is can be really creepy

Hard to tell on camera, that clapper looks like the second one on the machine not the rare one. Eitherway, I love it. If I had money I'd love to buy a ton of those gacha's. But then again I don't even have money to make it to Japan. I'd love to see you guys live in Japan for a year and your daily life. That would be awesome.
