What a fun, successful fossil hunting trip and crazy adventure! We found loads of shark teeth in what is one of the most concentrated shark tooth sites I have ever seen, in the middle of a Florida swamp! We also had a new friend (Jorn) join us on this hunt all the way from the Netherlands.

#AWEsome find guys!!! I have been shark tooth hunting years in North Florida, and have what I thought was a fairly nice collection. However, you all found my life's worth practically all at one time. Your knowledge of the sharks' teeth really amazes me. I have so many like you found, but I never learned to identify them like you guys. I found a half of about a 4" Megladon tooth a few years back. I've been searching for the other half ever since then. You just got another subscriber for life.

Hopefully people will see this comment, i am "jorn" the guy with Chris and Kyle in the video. Chris and Kyle are the real deal. They will tell you everything you need to know, they can make something workout for pretty much any age, and i highly recommend them if you want to go out fossilhunting yourself. Guys its been amazing thank you for showing me sharkteeth hunting the Florida way. I met you guys as my guides and i left Florida with you guys as my friends sharing the same passion. See you two next year.

Hey guys I have been thinking if how to bring up more stuff to screen in moderately deep water, i.e. less than 10 feet. How about attaching a tube to the end of a snorkel and the other end to a flotation devise. I did a quick search but did not find out how deep you can safely go down this way. I am sure 4 or 5 " anyway but I think a little deeper. I read about old time people repairing boats this way and it works in shallow water.Of course you can use scuba for this but in shallow water in these tiny creeks what a pain to more all that equipment. When I did this we were in water up to 30' deep in a big river so we always used scuba. The idea is to fill a 5 gallon bucket or a milk crate with material to look at later. With the bucket I would put 1/4" holes in bottom and sides and the milk crate I would line with 1/4" hardware cloth. Rig so they can be pulled up by rope by a standing person or someone in a boat. We used to attach an old diving belt weight to the bottom of the milk crate to keep it down and stationary. Have 4 or five buckets or crates so you can fill a lot. When the are full move to shallow water and screen what you found at your leisure. One more idea. Take a ice scoop like they have at hotels, preferable flat bottomed not round. Also put 1/4" hole in the scoop. attach the scoop to your wrist with thin rope so you do not lose it. I think you get the idea. Let me know what you think.
