I think the sounds of that R3 casts a spell to make you fall in love with it! Such sweet music. You have a phenomenal vision for the tuning of the whole bike setup. Keep up the great work!

Hi Bart, what's the front now ? I race short tracks so my front is 30 mm lowered and it helped a lot. I been thinking about adjusting the rear up too, I am at 290 mm currently. Other than that I am still working hard at getting better at riding and racing. Lastly your triple tree clamp is so awesome. Can't wait for them to on sale!
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 6 лет назад
The rear shock is at 287 at the moment. We will be playing with some other higher values soon. The front is at 27.3 exposed from the top triple, but that doesn't correlate to the stock triples. If you want to try my setup you would have to measure from the top of the bottom clamp to the top of the aluminum part of the fork leg while having the bike suspended on a steering lift. Our value for this is 195.25. Good luck with your racing. Maybe we can bump elbows one day.

Hey Bart and TST, was just wonderin why did you guys switch from the full arrow exhaust to the alpha-T ? :)
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 6 лет назад
We didn't. The two bikes you saw in this video run different exhausts. The Supersport machine we built last year uses the Arrow system, and the Superbike one uses a Yosh. We will likely build our own exhaust later this year to really dial in the power delivery where we need it most, and hopefully shift the power and torque peaks to a higher RPM.

Have you tried radius valve seat cut. It should flow better.
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 6 лет назад
Technically it should but we don't use a Serdi table. We use manual cutters with guides.
@Partajeesus1972
@Partajeesus1972 6 лет назад
Radius tools are available to manual cutter too. Most tuners in Finland use manual cutters.
@TSTindustries

We will consider that.

As an engineering student and a motorcycle enthusiast, this is the best thing on RU-vid at the moment. Do you guys support any rider on MotoGP? #MM93
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 6 лет назад
Thank you. We're glad you're enjoying our series. At the moment we aren't large enough to support MotoGP riders but we do have sponsored riders in MotoAmerica, CCS, WERA, and FMRRA.

Great video as always, will it help at top end if you run 2 seperate exhaust small mufflers for each cylinder as you are running sensors in each exhaust, higher exhaust flow, just a thought. Wondering how did you connect 2 sensors, I mean the wiring.
@amaeyparadkar9632
@amaeyparadkar9632 6 лет назад
cranky1812 most stock sensors comes as many as number of cylinders.
@cranky1812
@cranky1812 6 лет назад
Amaey Paradkar usually there is only one sensor at the collecter.
@amaeyparadkar9632

cranky1812 Take a look at Triumph Thruxton R etc.
@cranky1812
@cranky1812 6 лет назад
Amaey Paradkar few examples is ok but my question was how the wiring is done for multiple sensors when you motorcycle came with one sensor like Yamaha R3.
@amaeyparadkar9632
@amaeyparadkar9632 6 лет назад
cranky1812 the sensors are supposedly connected to a "piggyback" like tuner which controls the fuelling to both cylinders based on feedbacks from Sensors. It's an external unit. When on bike it is made in a little different way, either one sensor bung is blocked with only one sensor in use or both sensors feedbacks are averaged by aftermarket ECU which has 2 ports for O2 sensors.

I wished your R1 and R6 has series like this R3. Awesome !!
@TSTindustries
@TSTindustries 6 лет назад
We only have enough time to have one series at this time and we chose the bike that on the street side brings us the most customers. I do think that the Ninja 400 will be the next year's subject. Maybe at some point we will do a more comprehensive TST Industries show that shows all of the ongoings.
