Thanks, Daniel. The PTS sequence was great fun to shoot. Not sure when I'll be able to shoot part 2- picking up the new bespoke shirts, with us going into full lockdown on the 5th November...
Thanks so much! I'll be shooting the follow up as soon as we're out of Lockdown Part 2, in early December, where I'll be trying on my new shirts with the ties, and having a look at the DAD dinner shirt, which wasn't available when I shot this one.
Blair, this is GREAT news! Can't wait until these are out. And it's always excellent to have a companion channel to David's. Hope you will make a bit more videos!
Blair I am a new subscriber but very much enjoyed the excellent presentation. I have duly noted the code numbers and look forward to further information from your city of London which is the true home of Fleming/Bond.
Hi Rik! Welcome to the channel! I was due too film the second part of my film, but we went into Lockdown and then London went into its highest alert, Tier 4. I will be returning hopefully in January to try on the shirts and offer a few hints at future Turnbull & Asser projects!
Great video about the Pierce Brosnan-era Turnbull and Asser bespoke shirts. I like the French Blue Royal Oxford shirt with Number 3 collar he had on The World Is Not Enough. That Number 3 collar looks best for a man with a round face just like me, once again, enjoyed the videos. I hope we get to see you wear that exact shirt very soon.
An absolute treat for so much new information (which I’m sure Roger Moore’s Bond would be drooling over) Btw, the way you said “access codes” in 1:20 gave me goosebumps - you sounded exactly like Brosnan! Cheers 🥂
The Bond Vivant...like it, clever name. Nice to see a British programme detailing James Bond's style. I'll check in on this series. I also like the US Bond Experience series.
I completely blame you Blair. I’ve just purchased the new Tomorrow Never Dies tie. I’m 21 so I see this as a long term investment and have always loved the tie on Pierce. Great video again!
Blair, as usual, you’ve excelled yourself! Thanks to you and all the folks you mentioned that had a hand in this video. It was a goldmine of information...now if I could just find a real goldmine to finance all the purchases I want to make!
Hi Saul. Turnbull & Asser used to produce the Dr No shirt in white. Watch the next video, hopefully shooting in January, when I will be asking them if it can return to the Bond Collection, amongst other things!
@@thebondvivant8030 tell you this , he went through all the shirts and all the fabrics of bond ; why not just make the ultimate bond package? It would be so much easier for us !
Edgar welcome welcome welcome! =The channel is relatively new, but I did produce a lot of content in the past for The Bond Experience. But it is great to strike out on my own, so thanks for the support! When lockdown eases, there will be plenty of content coming your way.
He moved to Vanners, I believe. He was such a wonderful guy to chat to- thoroughly professional, but warm and engaging, as all the staff at Turnbull are.
West Indian Sea Island Cotton's long staple yarns create a silky-yet-strong surface, resisting wear while smoothing over time; the result is a delicate cotton that feels brand new with every wash. As the rarest cotton in the world, it makes up just 0.0004% of global production.
