I watched Percy Jackson and Sorcerer's Apprentice at a drive in when I was young and for years, I thought they were the same movie, like I had elements from both of them jumbled together in my head and to this day, I don't completely know what is from what, I only realized when some of my friends were talking about the two movies a couple months ago

I loved this commentary! I also loved getting to watch you guys do this one live, it’s always really fun and entertaining to get to see you guys do it that way. I just had such a fun time watching this one. I was literally laughing throughout this entire video. All of the jokes and running gags you had in this one were super funny. I thought that every time you brought one of them back they got even funnier. I just really thought that all the humor in this one was so amazing and had some top tier comedy. All around this commentary was honestly so hilarious all the way through. Anyway, for one of your next commentaries I think you guys should do The Watch 2012.

I can't speak to the adaptation bc I never read the books, but this film has better writing, and acting than the series by a lot. And you're telling me Rick Riorden actually wrote the series'? That man writes like a ten year old trying to sound like an adult. If the books were anything like that, I don't at all blame the previous film for being allegedly so different from the book. I'll give the series one thing, Percy's mom is hotter in it.

@@philosotree5876you never read the books yet you’re criticizing his writing? you should probably actually read his work before you do that. his writing is only suffering bc he’s clearly not a screenwriter and it’s hard to adapt some of the things in the book to a screen. also, calling the actors bad is a joke, they play their parts extremely well (which you would know if you read books)

5:13 actually, Portugal was involved in some way. Christopher Columbus asked Portugal first to fund his voyage to India however because they already found a way there it wasn’t needed. Columbus then went to Spain and they said yes.
