That part of the episode you mentioned about Africa is very kind of you and we appreciate it so much… It’s one of the biggest problems we have here in Africa and you’d swear that the government cannot see how much value we actually have however we have a lot of dept and because they are selfish, use money for their own greed and selfish reasons they are forced to take money to source things for these European countries which is obviously annoying. But we pray that the fog is removed from their eyes and see Africa for what it is cause clearly other countries see something here… Nice episode by the way lads - from South Africa!

Best episode ever. Also agree with Sergio about thinking you’ll find someone better during the breakup stage. Cause in that sadness of the breakup, we get attached thinking that person was the best and we won’t be able to find someone better , but since y’all are not meant to be, you’ll definitely find someone “better” not saying that ex was trash. But someone you’ll find that love and even better with.

Nobody can know you 100% as we are also always learning about ourselves. That being said sometimes other people know many things about ourselves that we don’t know about ourselves. We also haven’t been in every situation that we will come across which is part of defining ourselves. Sometimes we think we will act or behave a certain way but it could be completely different in the situation. Also with growth you can learn to change behavior however people also have regression for different reasons.

Yoo the anxiety of losing people you love gets THROUGH THE ROOF when you have kids. I had to start anxiety medication cuz it would get crazy and it was unbereable. 😵‍💫

Honestly if i am with my man and something happens that he looses his job or just be on his low of course i’ll be there. Thats part of loving and been in a relationship. But i will also like that for me. Know that he will be there for me always. Respectfully i havent seen it in my previous relationships so now. I understand sergio cause im the same He will have to be able to put down my walls and know that maybe just maybe he will have a broken girl which together we will be there for each other and by default we will be able to mens each others heart. And that my boys is what i think its important. Having loyalty, EMPHATHy, respect, love, communication, caring, etc And i highlight empathy because sometimes we just talk and express our feelings and you need empathy to be able to be there for each other and not feel like he doesnt understand A lot of deep questions in this one I like it

Love is complicated theory. How you view it will help you further determine if it's a feeling or a choice. I think it's a choice because I see love as a verb. It's an action that you have to actively participate in with the people you prioritize in life. If you think it's a feeling maybe you think love could be either everlasting or that it ebbs and flows like waves in the ocean😅
