Great stuff. I was lucky enough to drive my own 'old' Defender 90 (TD5) around Eastnor a few years ago, awesome fun but it struck me how carefully curated and managed all the tracks were, just manageable in all the standard cars. A good demonstration of their capabilities though.

I noticed that European base models and US base models have different specs from your videos I’ve watched. For example, my base P300 comes with the roof rails, video rear view mirror, and the panoramic roof. That must have been a fun drive. I did one of those in Maryland w/ a 2011 LR4. Can’t wait to do that again 😁

For a moment I thought the Boss had stopped her Tesla from being “BAD” but then realised this is a while ago! I’m glad you liked Eastnof…it is the better one when compared to Honiton which I have done several times. Mt first Experience car was a new Discovery 3 BT06UMZ which is still around and high mileage but does it have the groove in the roof that happened when I was told to drive under a very low branch that had fallen over the track?? Hi Simon, again very nice video. But I have a question. I have also L663 and I hate one thing. When I am camping somewhere and I am outside of the car, every time I open any doors Defender's system switches on, bluetooth pairs my phone etc. And this drains my battery a lot. Is there any trick how to put the Defender into "the camping mode"? I hope it should be set-able in the setting. I do not want to just unplugged my battery (which should be a solution, but very "painfull" :D). Thank you!

Great time these off road experience days. When you drove the Grenadier was the test track similar to Land rovers? I have not seen a vid yet of a Grenadier doing anything more difficult that you could do in a X5 with off road tires! Also what was the rear leg room like? Just asking as you are contemplating getting one.

I guess the question is that wasn’t really answered is, is it worth doing? Did you actually learn anything worthwhile or would you have done as well leaving it in auto as a noob? I’ve ordered a 90 hard top and whilst I can probably see value in this course I’m just wondering if it actually teaches you anything useful. Not being picky, just curious. Cheers.

Looks a hellova lot of fun!!! So if you bought a different LR eg a Range Rover does mean you then get to test a Range Rover off road? Obviously you bought a Defender hence why you're driving one of those.
