WE GOT A COUCH | THE BEST CLOUD COUCH DUPE EVER FROM SOULFA! 

****NINE MONTH UPDATE**** I get lots of DMs for an update so wanted to post one here with PROS and CONS of this couch! Here you go... :) PROS: - Yes I still love this couch!! We are very happy with our purchase even nine months later. - The most clutch thing about it is the performance fabric. It's SO soft and SO easy to clean. I have gotten literal MUCK out of this couch, like things that should not come off of a white couch have come off of this couch because of this fabric. (My brother has the real RH cloud so I sit on his often and can compare. Since the RH is linen it's not as soft as mine and much harder to clean.) - We get compliments on it all the time, many people sleep on it, we spend hours a day lounging on it. CONS: - Has to be fluffed often. (BUT this is the case with ANY variation of a cloud couch you buy, so don't even really count is as a con... more like a given.) - If we were to say the comfort of the RH cloud is a 10/10, this couch is an 8.5/10. (It's VERY very comfy, but not EXACTLY the same if I am being super specific, the normal person probably wouldn't notice, but I am crazy lol.) However, we are still so happy with this one because we were able to purchase this couch in the 'luxe' size for just virtually the same price as what the 'classic sized' RH cloud couch would have cost if purchased at an outlet. That said, we personally are very happy to have a larger, easier to clean, softer fabric, cloud couch that's overall comfort is an 8.5/10 - as opposed to the harder to clean, linen material, smaller RH cloud that's a 10/10, make sense? Lastly, some of you message me about the unconventional process of purchasing this couch, to any of those questions/concerns = we don't sell these couches, we're not a part of the business, we simply found the listing on craigslist, bought our couch, and I made this video to share it with you all. I purchased this couch and I had a lovely experience from Vitoria. She is very straight forward in her communication but she was so patient to answer all of my questions and concerns. Even after the purchase, any questions I had she welcomed sharing her experience and suggestions to maintain my couch. Wire transfer was to a legit company and a receipt is provided so don’t fear the process. We love how loungy and large our 5 piece couch is! I thought I knew what I was getting myself into with a white couch buttttt I didn’t….every day I lint roll and fluff the couch, even with blankets on it when lounging. The first guests to our house had jeans that I guess were new and the Jean dye ruined one side of my cushion (we flipped it over and will order a cover replacement if this side gets ruined) but other than dye and sun stains, everything should be able to come out (and of course dye was the first stain 🤦🏾‍♀️) Now we try to casually have nice fancy blankets on when people are over to avoid Jean dye gets on the couch 🤷🏾‍♀️ so def maintenance is required but luckily they sell the slip covers so it can be replaced if needed. Really make sure you want a white couch and are willing to keep up with it cuz stains, lint, hair etc look realllly bad and are probably noticeable to guests! They also sell grey beige and maybe black? So there are other colors.

This is the first time I have seen somone make a video about a new couch, but that's why I love Victoria. Also just a suggestion, mabye do your haikyuu reaction videos in it because it seems so comfy.

Just got my Soulfa delivered to my home recently. Vitoria was very professional through the whole process of having the sectional with ottoman shipped across country. Highly recommended. The quality surpassed my expectations. It’s so comfortable is an understatement that I sometimes have trouble leaving the house because I’m literally floating on a cloud.

My boyfriend and I found this video after hunting for a couch that wasn't crazy expensive or going to take months to arrive. They were super responsive and informative in helping us set up an appointment to visit the showroom. We flew to LA from Texas and had a great experience at the showroom, there were lots of couches to look at and sit on. We were definitely hesitant at first doing a wire transfer, but they reassured us with copies of the invoice and just being very responsive throughout the whole process. They were also super accommodating with setting up the delivery and it arrived way faster than if we had ordered anywhere else. Super happy with the couch and the whole experience!! Definitely recommend!!!

Better to use distilled water when you wash a spot, it doesn’t leave a watermark. The minerals in the tap water create the watermark when the fabric dries. Distilled water is free of minerals.

I’m from Iowa and we bought this couch twice and had it shipped here from Cali... honestly best couch by far we have ever been around. Hard to get this type of quality and looks, and the owners were crazy helpful, sending photos, videos, setting up transportation, etc. def worth the money.

Wow! We have the 5 cube deep set in the fog gray color. It seems to have all the same features as your new sectional. We can remove all the fabric cover including the base fabric to wash. The inside of ours is down feathers. It looks exactly like it. Everyone raves about it, our 25 & 29 yr old always tell us when we no longer want them that they’re waiting in line to take em’. We purchased them in 2016, so we’ve had them for about 7 yrs. We now see that this look is still so trendy,! Fortunately for us, we purchased them at a 1/4th of the price at about $2,700 back in 2016. Because we’ve had them for so long, sometimes I tell my husband I want a new look. But nothing I see compares to the size or comfort on these and definitely the price has quadrupled if not more. So my behind will get up in the morning and clean & freshen them up again because they’re here to stay for many more years to come! I definitely LOVE your white colored ones and yes, you will definitely get many years out of them! Enjoy, I know we have!!! ❤

I purchased a couch from Vitoria about 2 months ago - - - BEST couch I’ve ever purchased!! Complete luxury feel to it for a great price. Vitoria told me the couch would be delivered (cross country) in 4 weeks, it arrived in 1.5 weeks!! From start to finish, the entire experience is one I will not forget as I have worked in customer service my entire life. She texted updates every day and answered all of my questions on the spot. HIGHLY recommend Vitoria and this company if you are considering buying a cloud type. In my opinion, it is better than the Restoration Hardware Cloud and easy to clean in case it gets stained!!

Hi Victoria! Found you through searching for cloud couch dupes. Was super excited bc we’ve been eyeing the RH cloud couch for so long, but the price is ridiculous. After watching your video I was super excited to get a hold of the company you’ve suggested. However, was met with a very rude and unfriendly rep from the company and bc of that we will not be buying from them unfortunately. They asked me to send you our texting thread and I will gladly send them to you if you care. Just wanted to let everyone who’s interested in buying from this company know to be careful bc they don’t care about you as a customer. Even though the price you are paying is considerably a large sum and an investment piece.

Building your own sofa it's actually easier then one may think but very time consuming, I built mine an bought all the hardware I needed including the brackets used to attach the pieces together once you get all your wood pieces attached probably, I felt like the rest of the process goes pretty smoothly, I am personally not great at sowing so I used my local dry cleaners to help me accomplish most of the sowing I needed.

Four months ago, I purchased a six-piece white luxe sofa from Vitoria, and absolutely adore it! I wanted to wait to write a review just to be sure my sofa held up properly - and - it is perfect. In fact, every guest in my home compliments my cloud. For years I've loved the look of RH clouds, but they are uncomfortable, quickly lose form and then look sloppy. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Victoria's video and immediately texted the owner, Vitoria. Vitoria is unbelievably helpful and such a sweet person! When I went to the showroom to look at the sofas, I was blown away not only with how stunning they are, but comfortable! The material is also very durable so dirt can easily be brushed off. I actually was so impressed with the material, I've since bought eight matching dining chairs from Vitoria (as well as a few pieces of stunning art). All of my deliveries were smooth and professional. I live in LA and have been able to pop by the showroom a number of times to look around, and I've learned Vitoria is as much of a meticulous perfectionist as I am, and that's why her pieces have perfect quality. I can't say enough good things about Vitoria and her store!

I’m really happy for you! The cloud cough is $15k. I had to sit on one for a junior league meeting and found it almost unbearable because of how uncomfortable it was and I honestly think there are so many couches that are a fraction of the cost and infinitely more comfortable

I'm of the mindset (if you can afford it of course) that if you buy something you should buy something of good quality that will last you rather than cheap and lesser quality ones! And that couch looks fantastic I wish I had one like that not gonna lie 😔✋🏻

After looking @ dozens of different couches, I just recently purchased this couch from Vitoria, during my move to Texas, & it's the best furniture piece I have bought for my new home so far. She has great expertise & arranged to have the sofa delivered within 10 days of my move. I would highly recommend Vitoria & "My Designer Furniture."

Can you please go into the details of the ordering process? I love this couch but I've never come across a company where you place your order through text via what's app. Is that what you did or did you order it from a showroom? There isn't very much info about this company online and you used to be ables to order online through sanctuary11 and they called the couch "The Bliss" but that option is no longer available. I love the makeup of the couch, the materials used, the size everything. But the ordering process is highly suspicious.

What a cute video !! LOVE ! I purchased my first sofa from vitoria two years ago !! Since then I've purchased three more. I have two in my house and two in my office. They really are the best sofas on the market. I had the RH Cloud before and have to say these are better. Incredible quality , easy care and probably the most comfortable sofa I've ever sat in. Don't waste your money on any other dupe.

Have to jump in here and say that I got the Bryant sectional from Joybird. Ordered November 16, 2021 and it arrived December 13, 2021. Never had any delays or issues, but went it knowing it would/could take a lot time to get to me. It is an incredible couch and I couldn’t be happier (Just as a little 2 cents in support of Joybird)

Worst furniture decision I have ever made. I will NEVER buy a feather, anything, ever again. That’s how much I hated my feather couch. Very expensive mistake to make.

After being without a couch for 4 months... thinking my couch was coming from another furniture store... I decided to take a chance and text Vitoria. She answered all my questions and sent me videos of the couches since I was undecided on color. That same day I placed my order. Within 5 days my 5 piece sectional arrived to Texas as promised! I could not recommend enough. My only complaint was that the delivery person only dropped off the boxes and I had to set it up myself with help from my sister. I figured for the $950 delivery fee it would be included but I also did not ask at the time of placing the order. Nonetheless, we were able to connect the pieces and I am no enjoying my couch very much.

I just received my cloud couch and I can’t believe what I experienced. Not only is the cloud couch amazing, I got it at half the price as the identical Restoration Hardware model. The process was seamless. Vitoria, the owner was easy and honest to work with. Straight forward and they pull no punches. I had my cloud couch delivered with in 7 days from my money wire being received. The delivery person Michael was even more impressive. He used white gloves to handle my couches as he set up. He was conscientious of my home by making sure he didn’t damage anything or leave a mark on my floors. Outstanding service and customer service all the way around!

I never post to social media but felt compelled to share my story with My Designer Furniture. My last couch purchase was four years ago and it took me nearly three years to buy that piece - I'm incredibly picky about the pieces I want, whether it will be a good fit for my space, etc. Unfortunately, I moved to a new place recently and the couch I had would not fit the layout so off to the internet I went to scour for my next good find except this time I didn't have three years to figure it out I needed a couch ASAP! I came across this review and really resonated with the experience Victoria had - a lot of pieces on severe backorder, not being able to find a couch that I really loved, poor quality pieces. You name it, we came across it! So we gave this a shot, this couch is absolutely stunning the aesthetic is so versatile but what really blew me away is the experience we had. I reached out on a whim last week to see if we could see the sofa in person, within the hour Vitoria responded and she was able to get me in this last Saturday for an appointment. We went on Saturday and fell in love with this couch - it is beyond comfortable, the fill just makes you feel like you're getting a giant hug and the fabrics are superior quality. We pulled the trigger and our couch was delivered a few hours ago. I cannot recommend this company enough! Do yourself a favor and get this couch, you will not be disappointed!
