In this video we show you the installation of our new 40k fifth wheel hitch. We went ahead and did this upgrade so that our hitch would be rated the same as our trailer.

Just subscribed and binged a bunch of yalls vids. Awesome content sir. Gotta say that sport chassis and diamond c set up is badass, and glad yall got her back running. Best looking rig I've seen on the RU-vid hands down. I notice you don't speak on figures, but have you experienced a down turn in the market as far as work goes? Just seen a few other youtubers getting out as of late. What's your thoughts? Thanks and yall stay safe!

@@v.w. thats something weve built our channel on. We never really talk numbers. Not our thing. Its summer time now so the freight is doing great right now. Not to toot our own horn but most of the other RU-vidrs havent been doing it as long as me. I was driving trucks before RU-vid even existed lol. Everyone else has been in the game now and has gained their experience but i just came on youtube and showed how ive been trucking is all.

40K GVW... actual payload is 30,260lbs

What brand gooseneck-king pin adapter yall find that has the 40k capacity, I can't find one.

Our fifth wheel was custom made by Hitchcrafters. Theyre made in NC and the guy Jason is great. (Assuming you mean the fifth wheel when you say gooseneck kingpin adapter)

@adventuresintrucking1995 I'm sorry should've been more specific. I'm looking to buy a Diamond C step deck in the near future but I can't find an adapter you put in the gooseneck coupler shank that hooks up to the hotshot that's rated for 40k. The heaviest duty I can find only 30k.

@@richardhill6949 reach out to diamond c they have the adapter. if youre trying to run the 40k adapter they have you will have to change to a 3 inch ball just FYI. but yea reach out to them and you can get it straight from them
