you guys are the luckiest a german shepherd is my dream dog but my parents wont let me get one.. ive been just watching videos of german shepherds for fun😂 hes also super cute
At 8:49 when Captain is laying on your feet, that is him "owning" you... It is a dogs way of saying that you are theirs and they feel comfortable with you. My Black Lab has done that with me since she was a pup and our Yellow Lab has done the same with my wife since he was a pup. I think Captain has found his Furever Home
Thanks a lot man... lol 😆 my wife was eavesdropping when I was watching your video and now we are going to be getting a shepherd pup. 😂 great video and caption is adorable.
We brought home our new German Shepard 2 weeks ago (he’s 10 weeks old now) and it’s amazing how quickly Frankie has grown!!! Can’t wait to see how many more adventures Captain has and see how big he gets. Ours was over 13lbs at 9 weeks!
I absolutely love this and I myself picked up my new gsd on 7/17/22 her name is Nala and she is doing fantastic. It's been over 25 years since I had a gsd but definitely a lot to remember she is so adorable.
When I got my first GS puppy my hubby being an Army dog handler said "Floyd has to be trained properly no upstairs for him" he meant me taking him to bed 😂😂 Floyd went from puppy to a big part of the family really fast I also got a new bigger bed 😂😂 I love my GS and my big softy hubby 😉 oh and he was born the same day as my first grandson, birthday's in my house are brilliant.
Cute dog I lost .my Shepard bout 10 years ago she was 13 110 pounds had no clue how 2 b a Shepard she would chill If ant. 1 came 2 the door got a tattoo on my arm 2 remind me of wolfie
So we crate trained him by never using the crate as a punishment. Every time he went in we gave him treats. Then we would close the door and give him more treats. Then we would leave the door closed a little long each time. At night he got lots of treats when he went in for bed. The first couple of nights he whimpered and pawed, but after about 3 or 4 nights he was fine. Dogs, at least Shepherds, like having a den they can go to and feel safe in. So once we established that has his safe den it was easy. Now he goes in on his own when he is tired.
