I would recommend buying the Mercosur insurance online, easier and is for a lot of countries in the South of South America. It avoid having to buy at each border crossing. Nice to see how your van is handling the South as we will be there at the end of the year.

Interesting. We have never heard of it but will for sure look it up. It’s pretty annoying having to search for a place to buy the insurance all the time.

I just bought those socks. Went snowshoeing last week and developed horrible blisters in both heels. Put me out of commission for almost a week. I can’t wait to try my sock liners on next hike. Good luck I hope your liner socks worked for you. So jealous of your hike. Just stunning!!!!!

Those socks are actually miracle workers. The only regret is that I didn’t buy more. We did a 4 day 70km hike and had no blisters or hot spots at all!
