I know it looks AMAZING but it's SUPER expensive! Maybe keep looking because you you still have to pay taxes and if there is a barn then you would still get horses so I don't think you should get it. There are still LOTS of other as beautiful houses but less money. Team keep looking 👇
No one talking about the fact he has an eviction notice. He is being evicted which means when this person goes to pull his credit and sees from the credit report, maxed out credit cards and an eviction on the report they won't be able to get anything except a rundown shack or a second chance apartment with a large security deposit.

I worked for a car dealership for 5 years and my older brother had rental properties, we each had clients try to give us business with bad credit and trying to use dirty money and 100% of the time they don't get what they want. Jack and Mckinley need to learn the concept of real jobs and even getting an actual education too, but then yet again they really do need to stop talking OF, because I thought it was a No No to talk about or endorse it on any social media platform.
I don't know why people spend so much money on a house like that. I just find many other ways to spend money like that and that's not it. Give it to someone that really deserves it not yourself for another house
Guys, you will not be able to get it because of the eviction on your record. You will be able to get it when you fix your credit and after living in a second chance apartment for a couple years. Unless you get a friend with perfect credit to cosign, you still won't be able to get it.
