My wife and I know exactly what y'all went through! We went to the Tournament of Kings show at the Excalibur in Las Vegas. They served dinner during the show because it was included in the price. We got back to our condo, and two hours later, stuff was coming out of both ends. It was bad, very bad! Smh

This video wasn’t about food poisoning, this video was about a marriage that will last for all time 😂 The laughter and the love. I so enjoyed this video for a reason I wasn’t expecting. I had this happen and my husband and I first trip away together after we just met. It was one of the sickest I’ve ever been. And the way he took care of me…. Ohhhhh I knew he was gonna be my husband ❤

Sounds like you may have contracted Noro. Symptoms usually show up 24 hrs after contact. Many people blame symptoms on food poisoning from the last place they ate, when the virus is actually contracted earlier.

When Aaron said “Mud Butt” I stopped the video and laughed for 10mins. In tears 😂😂😂. they mixed something different in those nachos. I’m just coming off of food poisoning so this video was my same timeline as well.

You guys crack me up. 😂 I live in Guatemala and I've never been sick like that here. I've had a few small stomach problems with my stomach hurting a bit and having a little diarrhea but never anything like this. I don't know how I've gotten so lucky after almost 3 years of living here. 😂

I'm sorry for your plight. But if you have a bad experience anywhere, you need to warn others. That's the only way you will make positive change. Why let others walk into a problem if you have the opportunity to prevent pain?

Yikes! Yea you have to be careful eating abroad. If it doesn't feel right, it ain't right. And never eat foods that arent HOT. When we were in the Philippines I didn't get sick but my wife had some sugar cane that she regretted pretty quickly. No raw foods no cold foods haha. Also Guatemala is a great choice. Places off the beaten path will give you the best stories to tell...even if it involves a touch of foodborne illness hahaha.

Oh my gosh! This is hilarious! I'm so sorry you had that experience here in Guatemala. My husband and I moved to Antigua 3 years ago and hope that you did enjoy your trip to this beautiful country. We do eat at Ta'Cool here and there but stick with the tacos and gringas (quesadillas)! Come back and eat at Hector's, Central Park Pizzeria and Pappy is BBQ. They're all fantastic!

Me and my son was traveling in China in 2011. I won't go into the entire story, but he got food poisoning. We had Cipro with us along with Pepto and diarrhea pills as China is known for food poisoning. Nothing helped to stop the diarrhea after 2 and half days. I went on the internet for help because he couldn't eat anything that wasn't coming straight through him. Apple cider vinegar or pills the internet swore by...ok, but where to get some for him at 11:00 PM? The front desk said a pharmacy was about three city blocks away. As a Mom, I had to do something as we were flying to Hong Kong the next day. I get there. The pharmacist doesn't speak English, but she had a translation program and had apple cider vinegar pills. He took two, and it was able to stop for a few hours. Took two more and was able to eat some rice and get to the airport. OMG, it stopped the madness. They really worked. Like American Express, I never leave home without them EVER!!! Follow the instructions on the bottle. They make 800 and 1250 mg, go with the 1250mg from a health food store as they usually don't have other stuff in them. I keep a bottle in my carry-on at all times and here at home as we have all been where you were on your trip😉 P.S. My first comment on any video ever as I felt your "toot's" and prayed your prayers😂😂

Omg I got food poisoning at the resort in Cancun last July….ON MY HONEYMOON 😭😭😭 luckily it was the last day but it was horrible

Visited Antigua, Guatemala in 1992. Was scheduled to stay the entire summer but left after 2 months because I got sick. Thought it was food poisoning, but turns out I had parasites. Fever and everything else for days. You could actually see the parasites (TMI) 😮 Loved the destination. I'll go back again.

Hilarious! “Can’t trust a fart!” The only time I got food poisoning was in Amsterdam. It was from mussels. I started feeling sick the next morning, and I was on my way to the train station to visit another city. My stomach told me to go back to the hotel. I told the front desk that I was sick, since I was traveling on my own. I think I was so upset I was about to throw up, I fainted! 😱 Front desk person, found me on the floor. 🤦🏾‍♀️1 more day of misery. Not fun!

You guys have me scared. We are traveling there in 2 weeks. My husband and I went to El Salvador and the same thing happened. It was coming out on both ends. It was horrible. What would you guys do differently. Maybe its something with that area.

Only eat cruise food when you travel. Food poisoning is less likely. U just returned from South Africa, and have been sick all week. Cruise to these places, dont fly over.😊

Omg! I had similar experience in St Lucia heading to Trinidad. Stopped at a roadside cafe and had something to eat while heading to the airport. As i checked in my bag i had to check my mud butt out at the airport. As i burst through the toilet door, the cleaning person was mopping the floor. I just said 'sorry' and walked on the wet floor cuz i needed to GO!

Mannnnnnnn when I tell you I related to this video so much, I’m just getting over food poisoning here in the states and yeah def couldn’t trust a fart 😂😂😂, couldn’t imagine traveling and experiencing this…. Bananas seem to do the trick for me, in stopping the “mud butt”, lol I started to worry because it not letting up and went to the doctors, she advised said it’s best to “let it all out”, 😂😂😂

This is advice from a 64 year old. When traveling pack some depends, thats right young people wear a diaper. You mever know what may happen. You wont regret it.

Hope you all are feeling better. This story was funny. 😂😂 The same thing happened to me in Mexico. I had 2 days left in Mexico and everything that I ate was coming out. The last thing I ate was pizza, fries, a salad, and a chocolate cheesecake from room service. I was scared to eat anything else. Even had to use the bathroom in the airport as my flight was boarding. I got on the plane, wrapped up in my blanket, and went to sleep. Made it back to Atlanta Airport and had to rush to the restroom again. I felt fine 3 days later.

I always bring activated charcoal pills, imodium and mag 7 pills when I go out the country. I got a stomach virus in the DR and India. I stay ready now. I also bring cold medicine. It was impossible to find cold meds in India
