In this video we spend the day in Hanoi Vietnam! We wanted to explore the french quarter and capture the vibe around the famous lake that separates the old quarter and the french quarter.
We also really wanted to view the prison that is nicknamed the Hanoi Hilton. This is a notorious prison in the middle of Hanoi with an incredible history. This was a real eye opening experience and one that i would highly recommend! - get the ear phones though so you can understand !

At first view, Vietnam gives off the vibe of being an incredibly cheap tourist destination. But as this video shows, scams that target foreigners can quickly make that budget trip feel like a rip-off. What good is a "chep" bowl of pho when a crooked rikshaw driver shakes you down for a $21 fare? Or the bureaucratic red tape that can bleed days out of your vacation? Once you tally up all the "misunderstandings" with vendors, time wasted arguing with corrupt officials, and constantly fending off petty hustlers drawn to tourist wallets, the reality is that travel in Vietnam can end up costing much more than it appears. Vietnam lures visitors in with seemingly cheap food, activities, and hotels. But then scammers skim their share, bureaucracy adds its frustration, and your budget gets drained fighting endless schemes targeting unsuspecting foreigners. In the end, you often get precisely what you pay for. Vietnam suddenly may not feel like such a bargain after all.
