My husband loves porchetta sandwich (6:33). Porchetta is expensive cause the pork loin or belly is wrapped around a piece of fat and skin, then slowly roasted over wood for many hours which creates that crispy skin exterior and moist meat inside.

Villa in Italian means a country house, farm or village. But Villa Biorgese is a public garden or park in Rome that used to be the “villa” (farm = land and buildings) of a member of the Borgese family. There should be a house in the park somewhere that was his home. PDAs. You are in Italy, it is a culture that is comfortable being openly emotional and very public. Hey Mj. Oh no. Besides needing for vacation; very important to have ID on you especially when traveling. A lot of ppl at that fountain indeed. The lechon sandwich 🥪 is huge. Yes; needs condiments. Too big and dry. Look at the Zara 🙌🏼. Lovely grocery. Oh yesss. Barcelona, Spain. Nice. Paella yummy 😋. Hope you’ve enjoyed and safe travels to your next destination. MJ, i like what you do, i know where you come from and what you have achieved in life so far, i've been a long time subscriber, but there's something i don't understand. You dreamt of travelling to europe forever, paris was your dream city, the eiffel tower...but in such a short trip, you went twice to the same places and you missed so many spots, as a result, you haven't seen more than 5 or 10% of paris instead of 60 or 70% you could have done, and same again in rome! You went twice to the eiffel tower and les galeries lafayette in paris but nothing in the heart of paris, le marais, le sentier, quartier montorgueuil et le quartier latin, the best districts of paris....in rome, you went twice to the trevi fountain but you didn't see the piazza di spagna, villa medicis or trastevere (the most romantic district in rome!)...you need to prepare and do your research your before travelling much better than that. In paris you didn't even have a single typical french meal, you had ramen, mexican food and kind of fusion food, that's it...france is the number 1 country in the world for its gastronomy and you missed it!

Hi, MJ. Greetings from snowy AK. Sure appreciate waking up to another great vlog, with the wind blowing outside, accompanied by swirling snow. Barcelona is one of my son’s fave Euro cities for its beaches and natural beauty, art and architecture (home of Picasso ~ and Dali, too?) and irresistible food offerings. It is where he discovered that he likes paella (the two lls pronounced prominently in Tagalog) 😊. Growing up in the Philippines, I am reminded of arroz valenciana which my family served at our Noche Buena. Fun fact: Valencia is where paella was born. We have sooo much Spanish influence in our culture ~ from over 300 years of Spanish rule, as you well know. Keep smiling, Gorgeous One. God bless your travels with or without your friend Robby (sp?).
