Story: Ok my brother had a panic attack a couple of times, but this time it was bad bad! And he had to go to the ER, i wasnt there at the moment, but he told me all about it, to calm down he tryd to lay in the car, it ddint work, btw he was with his dad (Were half siblings) and our sister. So when he said "Hey, im not feeling well, my hands are shaky" my sister said "i can take you to the ER" and he said "no no, its fine" but his dad told him he should so he did (he was at a restaurant btw) in the car he was shaky, feeling kinda sick, and breathing heavily. The end. True story.
