Its time to archive the second DLC story of We Happy Few and the stories seem to just keep getting better and better. This time we play as a very popular rockstar who needs to retrace his steps from the previous night to solve a murder mystery!
Armed with my guitar I need to go from location to location and win over the hearts from both fans and critics. And with the help of a little Joy we will experience things beyond your wildest imagitation.
This DLC definitely is the most creative and original out of the three due to the insane sections you get to play when using the Joy. They are very original and memorable and so its a welcome addition.
I personally love the homage and inspiration clearly taken from The Shining. Where We Happy Few took a lot of inspiration from 1984, this offers so much as is seen in Kubrick's classic. Everything from the notorious bathroom to the maze and of course the famous axe through the door. It feels like the developers had so much fun making this DLC and that results in a pleasant playing experience as well.
