We hatch 1000 chicks every week from a 5280 capacity incubator. 

Terrible incubators-chicks hatching upside down, legs hanging out of the bottom, etc. You need to keep up with hatching time and put the eggs in hatching trays.

Two days before hatching,you should put them in hatching basket ,this way is easy for you and the chicks dont get stress

Yu need to hatch your chicks in baskets ...the way yu are doing it significantly affects the hatchrate kos when eggs are hatching yu must never open the incubator. Change that for good results

Good wishes for them but 1 point to follow is that chicks should hatched in hatcher tray not in the turning tray.That was the Professional Way.

why you need hatching trays from day 18 onward. Those hanging chicks will suffer from fatigue and lose sustenance energy unnecessarily.

Thus good project but why can't you use hatching bucket coz l see other chicks been hatched on egg trays

why not change hatching baskets to hatch ? if remain in the trays until hatch , this is not good way
