Grayson is such a thoughtful child. He tried to calm her anxiety when he first acknowledged cutting the watermelon that way would make her nervous, but he also reassured her, it's not life, so just calm down. Wow. I give everyone who is involved in his upbringing, huge commendations.

Big sister, doctor, and chronic dieter here (-" love that you are eating/juicing all that fruit! I have to agree with Akinyi: when it comes to melons it is better to peel off the skin before juicing it! Your juicer will last longer given how hard the skin is plus the seeds and 2. many of the fruit in American grocery stores ( unless they are organic) are covered with waxes/ preservatives & pesticides- which you don't want in your drinks or stomach. Think I’ll get us a juicer……Dad and I both like fruits, but this is another way of enjoying them…. Your son remains “the life of the party”, what would we do without children? He looks a lot like, and reminds me of our youngest ….(adopted at 2 days). He was just as “busy” and kept us on our toes as a child…..One Dr. even recommended meds….(won’t say the name), to settle him down….specially when he started school…..Thank God I didn’t!! As an educator, I knew I had alternatives…..He became my little assistant, always “doing and going” with Mom, loved reading, creating things, asking questions…..He became the family’s mouthpiece, often the comedian! Today, he’s a mature, respectable, smart young man in his twenties….(praying God’s choice for a wife, while he looks). He holds a great job, with an amazing future. You’re both building a beautiful family and the Lord will “Continue to perfect that which concerns you”….Blessings

Mix the pineapple and watermelon, then try other blends of fruit juices to make a beautiful punch. The blends are beautiful together and Benjamin will love it that way. Experiment with the juices together. Add a bit of healthy sweetener to improve the flavor. Enjoy

Benjamin if you don't like some fruits that is tart then add lil bit of splenda in it not to much defeats the purpose of having something healthy. Benjamin continue to try different fruit so you can gain better health, but you can't continue to just juice because you need fiber. You can't get fiber from the juice. The juicer separates the fiber from the liquid . The fiber has the roughage that cleans the walls of the intestines. It is like sweeping the colon clean for better health . You need the whole fruit to gain the most benefits from the fruit.

Thanks for the Video. But I also do it like Akinyi said. The back off. Juice only the red. No sugar at all. You can also mix fruit but you first need to know the right amount of every fruit to get a good cocktail, otherwise too much of one fruit can overshadow the presence of another. for example one pineapple with half watermelon you can get the right taste of the two in the resulting juice. Ben, Listen to your smart and sweet wife! She knows, you never put the skin on the fruit into the juicer, just the meat inside. You always peel the fruit first. That's ok, still love you. 🥰 First, your body does need the fiber you get from fruit, not just the juice. The older you get, the more your body needs it to function properly.
